HT3702 I have 14 pending transactions on my card from iTunes all of them for $8.96!! How to I get the pending transactions to be cancelled this is a total of $125.44 which is outrageous!!!
I need a letter with the following information sent toy bank on order go me to get my money back on my card!! The bank also needs a statement saying it is ok to return the funds back on to the card!!!

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user public forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your credit card number from your post (it's not a good idea to post personal info, especially credit card numbers, on public forums).
You've checked the purchase history on your account : if you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
If you haven't made the purchases, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and may have made them, then you can contact iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

<Edited by Host>Best to contact your bank if you do not have an iTunes account my friend. They will not be able to find anything if again, you do not have an account. They will not have any basis what so ever or ways in locating the charges if there is no account to start with. Your bank will be better in communicating to iTunes about this.

I'm new to Mac. I have an iPhone and a Mac Mini. My original iTunes was on a Windows computer that crashed. So, all of my iTunes Music and Movies are gone. How do I get the movies and music from my iPhone to the new Mac Mini?
If you still have the crashed Win computer, you may be able to recover your music and movies from the hard drive. If you have a friend with a hard drive USB connection kit and a PC, they should be able to help. Otherwise, check locally for computer services that might do that for you (I think Best Buy Geek Squad may be able to help). If the drive itself is in good shape, it shouldn't be too expensive.

I synced my phone to my compuer, then i backed it up. Originally i had 60 songs, then after the backup only 10 of them downloaded again. How do i get the rest of my music back? Do i have to buy it all again?

While downloading a book from iTunes, my internet service was interrupted and i didn't get the entire book. Now when i try to download it, i get the message that i already have downloaded it. It hit the download button in the purchased section, and nada! How can i re-download the book?

Try this:
Open your iBooks app on your iPad
Select the Store Button at the top
Select Purchased at the bottom
You will see your AppleID on the right at the bottom, then Redeem, then Support
Click on your Apple ID, and when the AppleID window comes up with the options, Sign Out
Then Sign In again and try redownloading your book

I already own iWork, and do not want to have to pay for it again, How do I get the installer using my existing licence. It will not migrate from one computer to another, perhaps because of the recent system upgrade.
How did you pay for it?
Through the Mac App Store or as alicence for a DL?

i want to get the wral-tv weather app on my iphone. i downloaded it from apple app store onto my laptop, but how do i get it on my phone. i don't have an app on my phone for downloading apps from my iphone, or i don't see it.
Two ways.
1. Connect iPhone to computer iTunes and do a sync after you have selected the app on iTunes.

Finally loaded via my Adobe account directly.
However, I was previously taught by my Canon Singapore Lightroom course
instructor to keep my photos on an external hard drive, to create separate
catalogs for major trips. When I tried to import photos, some were loaded,
whilst others were not. When I tried to load my catalogs from external
drive, the error msg is "Lightroom cannot launch with this catalog. It is
either on a network volume or on a volume on which Lightroom cannot save
changes.²

I've been download 2 episodes from the itunes store. They have both in "processing file" mode for hours. The amount of MB of the files are complete but the downloading icon is still going. How do I get these 2 episodes to finish the processing file mode?

I have some past purchases that show up on my "Purchased" list when I am on my computer (Windows Vista machine), but they do not appear in my Library - so I cannot simply drag the songs from Library to the iPhone when it is connected to the computer. Elsewhere on this site (specifically here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519 ) I am told I can just open iTunes on my iPhone, click on the "Purchases" tab, tap the artist name, etc. to download to the iPhone. But without a "Purchase" tab (and I have checked in the "More" area to see if it is there), this is a pretty difficult task. (Also just as additional info, I am running iTunes 10.4.1.10 and have recently synced the iPhone.) Also my computer is the only "device" associated with the iTunes Cloud beta and, as an alternative (?), maybe I could figure out a way to "associate" the iPhone as well?

It appears that something happened to yur computer/iTunes files. It happens sometimes. To recovery:
- Import the old music into the current iTunes library
- Make sure all the apps are also in the library
- If in the USA and therplaces where iCloud has benn released you can redownload most iTunes puchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
- You can always redownload apps at no additional cost as long as you are singned into the same iTunes account the originally purchased them.
- After all the suff in in the iTunes library, make a backup of the iPod by connecting the iPod to the computer and right clicking on the iPOd under Devices in iTunes.
- Restore the iPod from backup and restore as necessary. -
I have been having issues with my battery capacity. The battery will drain within half an hour with it being fully charged when the battery normally lasts me all day. I haven't had the phone that long so it most definitely shouldn't be happening. I went to my service provider about the problem and he said to go into the apple website, click "support" and then "battery capacity issues" to which you then type in your email to troubleshoot the problem on your phones however, I cannot find this. Someone help me out!
