If you're talking about music and movies an i-device was not designed for unique storage of media. It is not a backup device and media transfer was planned with you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself properly backed up against loss. Syncing music and movies is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchases which can be transferred from a device to a computer.

I have used Mozilla Firefox for almost a year and it was good. Now I make on stupid mistake by upgrading to the new version and I lose my Home button, Refresh button and I don't know how many other buttons.
Since I can't have WHAT I USED TO HAVE please explain in detail how I rid of Mozilla Firefox and what I'm all going to lose in the process.

The home icon by default has moved to the right hand side of the navigation toolbar.
In Firefox 4 by default the Stop, Go and Reload (Refresh) buttons are combined and attached to the right hand edge of the location bar.
When you are typing in the location bar it will show the Go button. When a site is loading it shows the Stop button. At other times it shows the Reload button.
If you want separate buttons stop/go/reload buttons, or want to move the home button, right-click on a toolbar and choose Customize, you can then drag and drop the buttons and place them elsewhere. If you place them in the order "Reload-Stop" on the right hand edge of the location bar they will be combined again. I have lost audio on my iTouch and don't know why.

I have sound and video files on my iTouch.
When I try to play either of them, I can't. When trying to play music, the duration progress bar doesn't move. The same occurs when trying to play video.
Sound effects also can not be heard.
I've tried resetting the iTouch numerous times, with no success.
I have noticed that the iTouch seems to get hot when trying to re-charge it.
If anyone has a guess as to what might be going on I'd appreciate feedback.

I was able to perform a reset and got the audio to partially work: Sound does play but only if I have headsets plugged into the iTouch.
When trying to play sound via its speakers, the sound is inaudiable.
Any clues as to what I should do next?

My iPhone says storage is low. What do I do? I have a lot of pictures on my iPhone and don't' know how to download to MacBook Pro. Don't want all of them to go to one file .

Go to iTunes on your computer. From iTunes' menu, do Store > View Account. Sign in with your Apple ID. Then choose the "Recent Purchases" link. It will all be documented for you there.

Thanks! I forgot to add, I have debonded and rebonded the bluetooth in car and phone and have carried out 3 restores on the phone in my ITunes. All to no avail. I have also jsut spent £40 on a lead from Ford that has made no difference too! I went to them today to request a software upgrade on my car as I though perhaps the lack of connectivity in the car was down to the car being behind the iOS5 software but was informed there was no need for an upgrade and this problem is purely an apple problem! Is there any way around the downgrade? Or are apple gong to resolve this problem at all??

Linda.. if you have not done so, contact your credit card company so they can monitor your account.
