Please help me resolve. I have changes to my ITUNE store i did not make. How do I get this corrected?

Alert your credit card company and discuss reimbursement with them.

    Call your credit card company immediately and dispute the charges - sounds as though someone has used your credit card especially since there is nothing showing on your account as purchased.

    I have posted two problems I am having on my iPad and I posted them sometime back.  One how copy paste aren't working and how my microphone will not transcribe when I use it for email. Yet even though these were both posted months ago I still have no resolution.  So i guess this is just for us to complain about our problems and sometime some one posts an idea, but they don't work.  So Apple never offers us or helps us with these problems?  Just trying to see if this is worth using as I thought Apple helped us!

    For the copy/paste issue ...
    Reset the device:
    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
    No data is lost due to a reset.

    There are two charges on my bank account that I did not make. When I look at my ITunes account there are no purchases showing. So why is I tunes charging my account for a total of $17.00. How do I get past this?  I am now at the point where I have to wait 60 mins before I can enter another random passcode.  I just want the ipad to clear down, erase everything so I can start again.

  • I have 4 charges of the exact same amount on my debit card account and I DID NOT make them. How can I get iTunes to refund my money?

    I tried entering in a new debit card number into my iTunes account yesterday, from my ipod touch. For some reason it was telling me the information I entered does not match my bank account. I tried 3 or 4 times, but to no avail. I figured I would wait until I was at home & do it from my home computer. About 5 minutes after putting my ipod away, I got a call from my bank saying that there are 4 charges of the exact amount that were charged from iTunes just minutes after each other and they wanted to make sure they were not fraudulant. Well they ARE!!! I did NOT authorize any purchases and now I have 4 charges of $34.78 made to my bank account that I didn't make. ITunes only offers online support...ERRRR!!! My bank told me that it is iTunes responsibility to refund the charges. WHAT DO I DO?????????

    I just got back from Afghanistan and discovered two fresh charges for $40.00 from itunes on my Visa account. I havent bought anything from I tunes in over a year. And sure as **** not worth $40.00. The Bank rep told me this has been happening a lot and credited my account for the $80.00 worth of unauthorized charges. Also had to have my card cancelled and get a new one. Apple itunes had better get their **** together and aggressively put a stop to this. Or I will. In court, if it happens again. This is happening in their name. I see this all over the place and haven't seen a single statement from Itunes. I'm terminating my relationship with itunes until I see they have satisfactorally addressed this. No one rips me off.

    While I agree that it would be nice if it was easier to transfer media from your Apple devices they should never be used as the sole location for any of your media.     I would like to know the answer to that one.  I realized this was happening just after upgradeing my iOS to 6.  Then when I looked up my purchase date, I was about 5 days past my one year warranty.  So I'm dead in the water.  Apple will replace the battery, but it will be about $80+.  I took it to the Apple store, and they checked a bunch of stuff, but said that it seemed ok.  I'm debating getting a battery for a more reasonable price off of ebay.  But if it's the iOS thats draining the battery, then I'm not going to be able to help it.  I wish I knew a better way to tell if its the battery, the phone, or the iOS.

    Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
    Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
    Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds).
    No data will be lost.
