Best to contact your bank if you do not have an iTunes account my friend. They will not be able to find anything if again, you do not have an account. They will not have any basis what so ever or ways in locating the charges if there is no account to start with. Your bank will be better in communicating to iTunes about this.

I have two charges to my credit card for the same dollar amount at two different times. First on 2/27/14 & second on 3/25/14 for $4.34. today's is pending payment and last months has been removed from my account. I have not purchased anything.
If they are regular payments for the same amount then it sounds like you have an auto-renewing subscription - there are instructions on this page for managing and stopping them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098

Please tell why a charge on my Credit Card for $15.96 on 4/26. I didn't make any charges to itunes for that amount.
Look at your purchase history.

I have many charges on my credit card from the itunes store that I did not make. What do I do?
You've checked the purchase history on your account (Store > View My Account on your computer's iTunes) and nobody else has access to your account ? If you don't recognise the charges then contact iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Having trouble identifying charges to my credit card bill. The charges can not be found in my purchase history.
You haven't got any auto-renewing subscriptions (I'm not sure if they show on the purchase history or not, I don't have any so I can't check) - there are instructions on this page for managing and stopping them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098
And have you added or changed your credit card details on your iTunes account ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.
Store holding charge : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3702
If you still can't find them, and your card isn't or hasn't been linked to any other accounts, then you may want to contact your card issue. You can also try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption -

First, make sure that you did not inadvertently make an in-app purchase. Many apps, particularly games, are free for the base game but charge for additional features such as levels, "coins" and other such add-ons. Check your Purchase History to see if that reminds you as to what you might have purchased:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2727
If you find that these were in-app purchases, to prevent this from happening again, turn off "In App purchases" in the Restrictions settings on your device. For more information, see:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4213
As to a refund, that's not automatic since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:
http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact.html
They're usually pretty lenient in the case of inadvertent purchases, but there are no guarantees.
If the charges are not in-app purchases, contact the iTunes Store and let them know. If the charges don't appear in your Purchase History, they were probably fake charges made directly to your credit card, and your card issuer will need to handle those.

this is not authorization holds, this is money coming out of my checking account charged by itunes for apps that were supposed to be free.
Some apps are free to download, but they then allow you to make in-app purchases in them (you can turn that off via Settings > General > Restrictions) and/or have auto-renewing subscriptions. Have you checked to see what the charges are ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
There are instructions on this page for seeing if you have any auto-renewing subscriptions, and for managing and stopping them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098

But if nothing shows on your account(s) then you may also want to contact your card issuer -
Need help on a pending charge that's not authorized
First, to prevent this from happening again, turn off "In App purchases" in the Restrictions settings on your iPad. You may also want to turn off the ability to install apps, to prevent purchases in case the child gets hold of your iTunes Store account information, and set the password to be required immediately. For more information, see:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4213

They're usually pretty lenient in the case of inadvertent purchases by children. No guarantees, though, just as if your child was in a store and ate a bunch of food (in other words, something that can't just be returned).
Good luck. -
I need a letter with the following information sent toy bank on order go me to get my money back on my card!! The bank also needs a statement saying it is ok to return the funds back on to the card!!!

HT2105 how do i remove credit card from itune store
i have tried everything to remove my credit card details from my iphone cuz i cant even get apps that are free niether
On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link. If you are doing it on your iPad then tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.
Changing payment info : Change or remove your payment information from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID) - Apple Support
If you don't get the 'none' option on the payment details screen : Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information? - Apple Support
