What happens when you try ? You have in-app purchases (Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases) turned 'on' ? I followed everything I need to do to enable my Apple ID account multiple times. Yet I still am not able to purchase anything. Not even with apple credits I have already stored in my account. Is there something I'm missing or doing wrong?
What happens when you try to buy something ? If you are still getting the disabled message then since resetting your password have you logged out of your account on your device (by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store) or computer's iTunes (Store > Sign Out menu option) and then logged back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it ?

Even if you cannot connect by ethernet, at current location.. you can simply disconnect the TC from the network and bring it to the Mac and plug it in by ethernet. The TC can be reset if you haven't got a suitable current setup (save previous setup before you change it) and run just as backup device.. do the backup and then return it to the network.
If this is just a standard incremental backup.. then something has broken. The issue is not the TC pe se but failure in hardware somewhere. -
I installed a suggested update, now I am not able to send/receive messages. Any advice on how to fix this problem?

I have signed in to my account and am able to brouse media but not download or purchase anything. The "buy" button is also white instead of blue and nothing happens when I click to buy. I am able to make purchaces on the same account on my iphone as well. What might be causing this issue?

Hello. I created my apple id on a computer but whenever i try to use it on my (new) iphone, it says "review" after which nothing happens. I have not been able to purchase anything from the App store. Is there something i'm doing wrongly?

Have you called your credit card issuer? They may be able to provide a reason for the declined purchased.
Also, you can only register for and use the App Store in the country your credit card is issued. Be sure you are buying apps from the correct App Store. -

how do I share movies/music between my computers. I have opened shared on both computers and both are on, but i am not able to drag anything from one to the other. Does anyone know where the settings button is on the bottom of the itunes screen?
Oops, I forgot a step between 7 and 8 ... before syncing the iPhone I need to explicitly send the document back to iTunes on the iPhone, or the changes won't come over at all ...
and then one more thing ... Numbers on iOS does NOT recognize a number of key features of the OSX app, such as conditional formatting ... so after editing my document on iOS and syncing it back to OSX on my Mac, all of those settings are lost (no more conditional formatting, have to do it all over again)

That message means that you have to restore the iPad now. There was a problem with the update. So connect the iPad to your computer and restore your iPad.

Disconnect the USB cable from the iPad, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off iPad: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for iPad to turn off.
If you cannot turn off iPad using the slider, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the iPad turns off, release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to iPad. When you reconnect the USB cable, iPad should power on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears you can release the Home button.
If necessary, open iTunes. You should see the recovery mode alert that iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode.
Use iTunes to restore iPad. -
