    please try first Adobe ID and registration support and Get help with orders, refunds, and exchanges and if necessary and for further questions and if "open" please use chat, I had the best experiences.     i wanted to make a purchase on the app store but it will not let me since it is my first time I have to answer my security questions. Those of which I do not remember at all, i also have no way in resetting them when loginning into my apple ID since i have to answer my security questions to be able to change them. That fustrates since I've contacted apple support at least 3 times now and still no answer at all. Please help me I just wanted to to buy some apps.

    If you have a gift card balance, iTunes will use that.
    If the total is more than that, the difference will be charged to your credit card.
    You need do nothing.

    If you can’t reset them via the above instructions (you won't be able to add a rescue email address until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in the country where you and your iTunes account are to get the questions reset.

    You don't change it.
    It will use any account balance first, once it is gone, then it will go to your credit card.

  • HT204053 Somehow the very first email I had years ago that I don't even remember the password for, keeps coming up as my apple ID, when I want to make any purchase on ITunes. Why won't my real ID come up, and I can't find the right solution?

    We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
    What software are you referring to, and by 'not working' you mean ... ? If the app is still in your country's store then you should be able to delete it from your phone and redownload it via the Purchased tab in the App Store app on it. If it's still in the store but doesn't show there then check to see if it's hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919 - or you can resync from your computer's iTunes library.
    If the app isn't working then you've tried contacting the developer ? If you have and you haven't had a response then is it a recent purchase ? If it is then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

    Billing policy is the same for both the iTunes and Mac App Stores.
    Also, if by chance you changed the App Store country, be aware that your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.
