    I ordered a movie on iTunes back in April, the movie didn't finish downloading, I got a message that there was an error, so a few days later, I downloaded it again. This time I used my husbands bank card, which has a different number, but is connected to our joint checking account.  I noticed the duplicate charge for the one movie. PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET CREDIT FOR THIS DUPLICATE CHARGE!  Or at least get some itunes store credit.  The movie was "Miss Representation" the number on my invoice is: MGSG1YL7
    PLEASE HELP!  I've tried getting this resolved several times, with the bank and through the itunes help desk to no avail!

  • I'm being charged TWICE for one purchase, how can I get my money back for that second charge?

    I bought an album and two songs which added up to about $13 and I went to check my credit card account and saw that itunes is charging me twice for that same thing along with an extra $1 for something else. One of the transactions is on 11/05/11 while the other one is on 11/07/11 and I only bought the album and songs once and I haven't bought anything else since then. I emailed them about it and they think it's an unauthorized purchase when it isn't I know that I bought the songs but they're charging me twice for that one thing. I've called them and they all said that I have to go to the customer services and that's didn't help so what do I do to get my money back?
    This also happened before where they charged me twice but it was just 2 bucks so it was a big deal but this time it's almost $14 and I want that money back.

    Does one of the amounts tie up with the app's price (plus your state's sales tax if you are in the US, with the other one being how much, and where are you seeing them (on emailed receipts, on your account's purchase history, on your credit card) ?
    Did you add or change your credit card details on your iTunes account when making the purchase - each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge ($1 or approximate local equivalent) may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account (it should disappear off your account within a few days or so).     I went to buy a song using iTunes, and after clicking 'Buy Song', I received a message about how the terms and conditions had changed. I agreed to that, and it then told me to try my download again, which I did, only to find out I'd been charged twice for one song!
