I have been buying some movies at the apple store and I would like to know more about the updates.
I have several movies in DVD and several in the App Store, the difference is that the ones in DVD have a lot of languages and subtitules what is very nive whenever you are watching it with friends from other countries or whatever... the movies in app store are normally just in english language and without subtitles.
My question is, I am sure that sooner or later the movies will be updated, mines will be updated too or just for the people who will buy it after the updated point.

The answer is very simple: You were not the original owner of the phone. Target sold you a phone that had been returned. You can verify the date of the original sale here: Apple - Support - Check Your Service and Support Coverage. I suspect you will find that the warranty expiration date is not one year from the date that you bought it.

I no longer have an email address that was also my Apple ID. Can I still use the email address as my Apple ID?
Apple recommends you change your Apple ID to your current, working email address. This will not create another Apple ID, it will only change it to your working email address. See Changing the name you use for your Apple ID if you'd like more information.
Note: @mac.com and @me.com Apple IDs can not be renamed. If you no longer use the .mac or .me email address be sure to add your valid email address as an additional email address.

I'm not sure that you can remove your credit card information once you have added it. I think you will just have to live with the fact that Apple has your credit card number. Of course, that could be quite useful on the day that you decide that you want an App that does need paying for.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
