HT3702 Im getting this message when trying to purchase ( please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction )
It not allowing me to add money to a game I'm playing and tell to contact iTunes which I don't know what to do and I called the support by phone but no use like I wasted my time talking to them and the told me to go to iTunes support and solve from there. There where that I want to know
There is NO telephone support for itunes.
You contact itunes support by clicking support at the top of this page, then slicking the link under Contact Us.

I have been getting the same message as well on any transactions I have tried to place. I attempted to contact iTunes support, but was only allowed to leave an email regarding this problem. I will keep you posted if I hear anything.

They would need an itunes account based in the country in which they live.

I am having trouble logging into my iTunes Account. When it ask me to verify my payment information. I verify that all the information is correct and press the done tab and get back this error message " Please contact iTunes support to complete this tranaction". What do I need to do to correct this problem because I can't buy anything with this problem? I have also made sure I have the latest version of iTunes.
check all payment parts are filled in and u have endered you last 3 digs on back on card used to set up account
if using an other computer make sure all fileds are right and filled in

Oh, and I would love to contact support but they are never open for business when this happens to me so I was hoping someone knew what the heck was going on. I love my ipad and hate that I can't get the in app purchases that I need in order to advance to the next level to buy if I don't want to start the whole game again!! Please help.
