I can not download any apps. my phone says that there is a lock on it because of my account.. i have tried to put another card in because the other was expired. but its telling me my code on my card is wrong! and i got an email to unlock the phone so now on the billing info its says to contact a itunes support to complete transaction? I am having trouble logging into my iTunes Account. When it ask me to verify my payment information. I verify that all the information is correct and press the done tab and get back this error message " Please contact iTunes support to complete this tranaction". What do I need to do to correct this problem because I can't buy anything with this problem? I have also made sure I have the latest version of iTunes.
check all payment parts are filled in and u have endered you last 3 digs on back on card used to set up account

They would need an itunes account based in the country in which they live.

I have been getting the same message as well on any transactions I have tried to place. I attempted to contact iTunes support, but was only allowed to leave an email regarding this problem. I will keep you posted if I hear anything.

I am trying to buy Fanta Points in a game called Fantasica, however, when I try to make a purchase, after I am prompted to give my Apple ID and password, it gives the message, "Please contact iTunes Support to complete this transaction." I don't understand why I get this message, because I am able to make one purchase, but when I try to make another, that is when I'm prompted and am no longer able to make any purchases for several days. Is there any way to fix this without me having to pay the $20 cost of calling iTunes support?

Oh, and I would love to contact support but they are never open for business when this happens to me so I was hoping someone knew what the heck was going on.
