HT3702 Payment info does not Match bank statement
Called the bank, typed all the info exCtly as the bank told me...still apple wont let me use it.
Each time that you change your credit card details on your iTunes account a small temporary store holding charge (i.e. $1) may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

While trying to change my Credit Card info: The app store tells me that my payment method information does not match my bank records and to try again or enter a new payment method. My CC is valid and its the same CC ive had for a while. This CC info works for iTunes but is not being accepted for the App store.I have changed this info online but cannot change it on my iPhone. Can anyone tell me what i need to do?

I have been trying to update my cc info but for some reason it has kept saying the cc info did not match with the bank info so the transaction failed every time I made an attempt to download something even it was free. However, I saw my cc online got charged $1.00 everything I was trying to update my cc info ...why?
Im wondering why my post hasn't been answered yet. I did file a report with the BBB and I had a rude representative from Verizon call me named Steve. He said I can file all of the reports I want and I will just keep getting calls from him. I can understand why my phone couldn't be replaced because of the small crack. I guess I have to eat that one (but it sucks because the lollipop update is what caused the problems) but what about all of the data overage I had to pay for for trying to fix this phone because of a lollipop update. I dont think it is fair to have to pay that as well. In addition, because I have an east coast phone number but live on the west coast, I cannot have tech support after 8pm. Verizon has cut this off. Im very dissatisfied and I have been a customer of Verizon for 13 years. Im hoping for a response this time.

Does not match bank records.
I have had a problem before with "your credit card information does not match your banks records."
This has happened before, but I don't remember how I fixed it.
My "credit card" information is currently under a Visa GIFT CARD. You know, the ones that you can use anywhere (like a Rush Card type deal that is non-reloadable)? I have never used an actual credit card for my itunes account (I load up 50 dollars at a time on itunes cards so I have a limit, the gift card is only so I am able to make purchases).
I'm trying to switch my information to an AMEX GIFT CARD because the Visa is expired. However, it is not allowing me to switch it and is giving me the "your information does not match your banks records..." message. Help, please? I've tried inputting the information on my fourth generation ipod and my macbook pro but neither are allowing me to switch it.Did you ever fix the problem because I'm having the same problems

Imcoming Payment DocNum does not match the corresponding JE DocNum.
Dear Experts,
I have a SBO database in which the setting "Use one series for multiple docs" is set to yes.
In this database, when I save say Incoming Payment document, the DocNumber generated in Incoming payment and the corresponding JE are same.
Now I have setup a new database where the "Use one series for multiple docs" is set to No.
I would like save the Imcoming Payment and JE with the same number in the new db.
I have setup the sequences. However it is not working?

The progressive number given automatically to the Journal Entry and the number of the Incoming payments are not the same and they cannot be because there is a journal entry for many document types in the database.
However, the number of the journal entry is the origin number in the journal entry window, therefore you can retrieve the correct journal entry through this number.

I received an error that my password to my email account was wrong on my iCloud account. I tried to reset the password, but it will only let me reset my Apple ID password. My iCloud account asks to reset my password by email, but I never receive an email and it says my security answers are wrong (birthday and questions).
Contact the Apple account security team: Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support. If you can prove your identity, they will help you change your password.

The name and address that you have on your iTunes account match exactly (including format and spacing etc) the name and address that the card is registered to, and the card was issued by a bank in the same country as you and your iTunes are ? If not then try removing the card and re-entering its details : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file. -
