HT3702 Problem with iTunes Store account billing

Dear Apple Customer Support!
I have an Apple ID and have a problem with an order.
After transfer money in to master card, I can not "edit payment information". I am sure that my card can payment all of amount owed in billing.
Would you please advise me incase.? I want to re-downoad app for MAC, Iphone and Ipad.
I have only 01 Master Card for shopping in itunes store!
My payment card account is active and has available funds to accommodate transactions

Apple APAC reply me but process not successful:
1) Make sure your billing information is correct on your iTunes account. -----------------> Yes, I am sure!
2) Check with your bank. ---------------> Yes. My bank answer that all of payment is nomal.
3) If your current card is still not being accepted, try using a different card.--------> I have only master card and I can not replace immediately. Now, I desperately need to purchase application for Mac, Iphone and Ipad.
After re-install Mac os and Ipad, all of app should be blank.
Would you please advice me why my payment method was declined?

Is the address on your iTunes account (format and spacing) exactly the same as on your credit card ? If it is and your card isn't being accepted then try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Perhaps Bob will see this thread, he is the professor in these cases.
You do not use a WEP password but wpa/wpa2 on router and equipment.
All equipment connects to WiFi, but for your iPad.
Even with all other equipment WiFi off, you cannot connect your iPad.
Your iPad connects to other WiFi nets correctly.
All resets etc done on iPad and Router.
Still I am not sure it is your router for sure, frustrating...
I want to test 2 other things:
1. in your iPad, set everything OFF in Settings/Cellular, turn off/then/on your WiFi, and see whether it will still not connect...
2. If that does not do it: disconnect the router as well as the modem from the power, for 15 seconds, then reconnect the modem, let it fully start, then reconnect the routet let it fully start, turn of your WiFi in iPad, then on, and see whether it will connect.

Problems with Itunes store and Paypal account.

Hi - Recently I was purchasing an app from the store and it said there was a problem with my Paypal account. I use that account all the time and it was in good standing and nothing changed with the password etc.
So I went to the Itunes account, edited the paypal account information as I noticed that it was showing my email address and not my paypal address. After finishing the process successfully it still shows my email address and not my paypal address (they are different). What gives? How do I fix this???

Try changing your country selection in the iTunes Store page within iTunes to the one you are using now - seems resetting the country back to itself can help. Did for me.

I'm still unable to download anything from the store. The US site claims everything is fixed...

The problems with the store from yesterday were fixed judging by posts on here saying that it was working for them. If you are still having problems, and you can get online in other apps (e.g. Safari), then have you tried :
- disconnecting and reconnecting to your network
- doing a soft-reset of your phone (pressing and holding both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, ignoring the red slider, after which the Apple logo should appear, which is the equivalent of a reboot
- logging out and back into your account on your phone via Settings > iTunes & App Stores

Problems with iTunes Store today?

Anybody else having problems with the iTunes Store today? A gift email to my girlfriend never arrived (I gifted an album) even thought it was re-sent 2x to different addresses, and is not in a spam folder; I haven't gotten emailed receipts for several transactions (although I know they went through - PayPal was charged and emailed its receipt), and I had trouble off and on all day getting through to the App Store to update apps.
I noted this on Twitter and Facebook and a number of friends replied that they were also having significant problems as well. Anyone know what's up?

To follow up, I re-sent the gift a third time late Friday (that's four attempts total), and it was successfully received and redeemed this morning (Saturday). I also received a response from iTunes Store support, whom I had contacted separately, which contained the gift code from the transaction and advice to send it directly to the recipient, but they did not acknowledge any problems with the Store.
I did get a number of responses on Twitter and Facebook from others who had iTunes Store problems yesterday, however.

Problems with Itunes Store and Youtube..

Just wondering if anyone has had this same problem or if there's anyone who can help me out..
My iTouch used to connect to WiFi perfectly, but lately although it connects the same as always, everytime I try to go onto either youtube or the iTunes store, it keeps telling me it can't connect. Safari works fine & even youtube will work if you hit one of the "featured" videos, but I can't search for anything & the "most viewed" tab is non-exsistant.
I can't access the store at all.
As I've said, I used to be able to use all the wifi features with out any problems. I'm not sure whats gone wrong, it seems strange that safari works fine but the other two don't.
Has anyone any idea what could be wrong?

I think the use of these features is dependent on having an iTunes account,
check that you are signed into iTunes on your PC then resynch, might work?
If not, the usual reset - restore routine.

I have found out how to get iTunes store working again!!
You need to uncheck your proxy settings in your internet settings.
When I did this, iTunes store began working again.
Pass this to anyone you know who is having this problem.

only a work around until Apple realizes they have a problem... do not use the mouse scroll wheel in the itunes store, use your mouse manually....
see thread with over 100 posts search for "freeze" actually that produces dozens and dozens of threads, go to the "itunes for Mac" header category, and search for "freezing after 10.5.5 update"

Having a problem with itunes store and some other issues

ok i'm trying to edit my credit card info in the itunes store right now i put all my info down i get this message
"your credit card information does not match your bank's records. please enter a us credit card and matching billing address."
now i did all that i even went to my bank's website and looked at my statements and even put my info in CAPS like it shows on the bank statement and it says the same now my bank card isn't a credit card is bank check card (or depoit card whatever samething) and still i get the same message. it won't let me get any apps or anything
and i did try the whole
reedit it or put none and do it over and over and still nothing
now as i edit everything millions of times when i try to order something it says theres no secruity code on it so when i edit it again it goes back to credit card info is not the same as the bank's records when it is.
so what am i doing wrong?

Problems with Itunes store after upgrading to 7.3.2

I upgraded to 7.3.2 and now the Itunes store won't work. It takes forever to load and once it does half the pictures and icons cannot be shown. You can't buy any albums or songs because the buy icons are big red X's. Is anyone else out there having similar problems? Has anyone found a solution?

This is the same problem I am having but I got not response... I've tried the keychain first aid and disk utility but still no joy.

How do I fix problems with iTunes Store timing out when I search for music?

So, I downloaded iOS 7 not too long ago. However, when I tried to do a search on the iTunes Store app, it keeps timing out (it also stalls when I attempt view a song list on a specific album. My phone has no cosmetic or liquid damage, and. I have already performed a soft reset on the phone. Does anybody have a solution, or is this just a bug in the new software that needs to be fixed?

Also having problems connecting to the App Store without it timing out.

Problem with app store account

Awhile ago I was having problems logging into my app store account I couldn't log in. I requested my password be sent to me, but I never recieved the email so I went to make a new account. What I did was essentially make the exact same account I had previously, same email and password. But now when I go to update apps, it tells me my password is incorrect for any app that I downloaded before I changed my account. Any apps I've downloaded after this problem occurred update fine. Is there any way I can somehow transfer these other apps to my 'new' account so I'm able to update, or find a new way to update them? I tried updating them through my computer, but it says there are no updates, and I'd have to switch to my 'old' account to update the apps I had downloaded.
