HT3702 There are charges on my debit card that were not approved, which over drafted my account. How can I get my money back?

I have charges on my bank account from the iTunes Store for Purchases that were unauthorized. The only authorized purchased that was made on iTunes was a Disney Mickey Mouse app. These charges caused my account to overdraft. How can I get these charges off of my account and get my money back?

You've checked the purchase history on your account ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases
If you don't recognise the charges (and nobody else has access to your account or devices and may have made them), or you can't find them, then you can contact iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

    Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.
    If its not in your purchase history, you should report it to your credit card company instead.

    From the App Store meny bar click Store > Check for Unfinished Downloads
    And check your Applications folder for the app.

    Your best bet would be to try resetting the password to the account that you would like to use via iForgot
    Once you log in to that account change the email address to anything, it can even be fake its just a placeholder
    After you do that you will be free to change your old email address on your appleID to the new one that is now free to be used as it is no longer attached to the other account.

My music is nowhere to be found on my computer, so now  I am in the long, forever process of adding my music back one cd at a time, but there is no history of tetris that I paid for from the itunes store.   • I'm being charged TWICE for one purchase, how can I get my money back for that second charge?

    I bought an album and two songs which added up to about $13 and I went to check my credit card account and saw that itunes is charging me twice for that same thing along with an extra $1 for something else. One of the transactions is on 11/05/11 while the other one is on 11/07/11 and I only bought the album and songs once and I haven't bought anything else since then. I emailed them about it and they think it's an unauthorized purchase when it isn't I know that I bought the songs but they're charging me twice for that one thing. I've called them and they all said that I have to go to the customer services and that's didn't help so what do I do to get my money back?
    This also happened before where they charged me twice but it was just 2 bucks so it was a big deal but this time it's almost $14 and I want that money back.

    Whatever you read about iTunes is wrong unless you're actually referring to feature movies, not videos. Videos, apps, music and iBooks you can re-download:

    Download to your computer and then sync to your iPod touch whatever will fit.
    And no, I can't say with certainty that they won't give you a refund, but it's unlikely. The most probable outcome, if you do indeed mean movies, not TV shows or other videos, is that they would set up an additional download. For other content they'll probably just direct you to the same instructions on re-downloading I just posted.
