Not sure what you are asking - what did you download and what do you want to remove ? If you purchased something that you didn't mean to then all purchases are considered final, but you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

I have a fifth gen ipod classic. I switched computers and was not able to transfer the songs and pictures over. When I connect my ipod to the computer it wants to sync with it which would delete all my songs and music. Is there a way around this?

so I bought a new Iphone and I've had Itunes on my computer for years but the email i used when setting up my original account no longers exists. So I have no way of acessing it. When I bought my phone i put in my current email and I verified it. I can't have my old library with the new email and when i tried to change it i got the message that the email was registered to another I.D Which of course is the one with the phone. The password for wireless network was changed. Airport keeps trying to sign in automatically with old password and won't let me put in new password. Any ideas?
You really should change both the wireless network name and password to avoid potential conflicts with the old and new settings.

I am unable to import .ics files into Lion that I exported from my Snow Leopard MacBookPro without losing all of my future events (which all have alerts attached). All of the events from BEFORE today's date are successfully importing, presumably because they are no longer expected to trigger alerts via Apple Mail. After my first unsuccessful attempt, I learned that iCal was communicating with iCloud by default. I have since turned off iCloud, but I have not found a solution to the problem. Harvey

I did not deactivate a photoshop cs6 before there was a new "C" hard drive installed on my computer and a Win7 Pro fresh install too. How can I activate photoshop on the new hardware if I can't deactivate it on the old hardware that is no longer available? Any help will be appreciated.
If it's the same machine (same CPU) there should not be any need to activate. The actiovation is tied to your CPU.

I purchased Lightroom 5 and Elements 12 and installed them on a computer. I now have a new computer, and wish to install them on the new one. When I tried to do so, my only option seemed to be Adobe Cloud. When I was asked for my LR serial number, it was not accepted. I upgraded my iPad 2 (3G) to the new OS8 and I can no longer connect to 3G. All the settings on the iPad are correct. It just shows that it's searching for a signal. I'm in an area where my signal (pre OS8) was very good in strength. Please help!
