I downloaded some apps for my ipho in the apptrackr site, the apps are shown in my itunes library but when i try to sync those apps at first it works and then it says an error occured (0xE8008001). How can I sync them without the error?
If your phone is jailbroken, we can't help you, as already stated.
If you're new to this and you're trying to download apps to put on your phone and it is NOT jailbroken, you can't do that.
You must go through the iTunes app store. -
I've tried most things that forums have suggested and none work. I've downloaded the latest software.
If that's so then how are Apple expecting me to fix a payment problem if they can't tell me what the problem is :/
They are telling you what the problem is; your payment method has been declined. They will not tell you specifically what apps you still owe for, but that's rather irrelevant.
If I went to my bank would thy be able to tell me what's wrong or will I need to contact Apple?
It depends on what the problem is. First, make sure that you're using one of the accepted cards. If you're sure you are, then I again would suggest you contact your credit card company, tell them that an on-line merchant is declining your card, and ask for assistance. If the credit card company can't or won't help, you can try contacting the iTunes Store, but my guess is that they'll tell you the same thing I'm telling you; contact your credit card company or try a different card. If you do want to try the iTunes Store, go here:

Have downloaded new Lightroom 5.4 from CC. When trying to launch am getting following error message and then Lightroom crashes: "an error occurred when attempting to change modules". Can't find a thread which relates to this error message.

Ref Solution 5: checked permissions and changed all to "Read & Write" - makes no difference

My Iphone won't connect to my wifi , its the phone as everyone and everything else is connected to it.
Ive shut it off and turned it back on , when it asks for the password I put it in and push join but nothing happens.Try resetting your network setting on your iPhone. Go to your Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. (this will delete any saved wi-fi passwords that are currently on the phone). If that doesn't resolve the issue. Try connecting the phone to your computer and doing a back up and restore, once it is restored set it up as a new iPhone (very important step) then test the issue. If it resolves the issue reconnect your phone and then restore it from the back up you created earlier. Follow this article if you want to do the back up and restore.

my iPod is I 5th generation. I forgot my passcode and typed in the wrong thing too many times, so now on the lock screen it says "connect to iTunes" I did all the steps your supposed to. I unplugged all cord from iPod connecting to my computer, I held the home button and plugged my iPod back in, and then I keep holding the home button until the iTunes sign showed up. I got to the right page and then clicked restore. A small window came up saying " restore and update" I clicked it, I agreed to the terms and agreements and the updating started. The updated finished with =out a problem. I t was when I clicked "restore " that I had a problem. The restoring lasted until I had about 10 or 11 minutes left. that is when I saw a alert of my screen saying "iTunes could not finish restoring,. an unknown error occurred. error code: 0xE8000065" I tried restoring and updating my iPod about three or four times now! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When responding to an e-mailed invitation to join a Photo Stream I eventually get to a message stating " A problem occurred. Please try again later" Havng tried several times I still get the same message. What am I doing wrong?
I have solved my problem although I do not understand why !!! I simply asked my son (who sent the original invitation) to send it again but to my iCloud address (which is known to iPhoto) and it worked. I don't know if this might be of use to anyone else but you never know. (Who said computers, even Apple, don't have a "magic" chip buried somewhere inside them ).

while testing I’m experiencing already a problem. When I schedule a meeting in Outlook and the click the link the Lync 2013 opens a window and wants to connect me to the meeting. Anyways after some period of time I get a message saying: “An error occurred
during the Lync meeting.” Then when I close this window and click the link again in Outlook it works like a charm right away. Is there anything I can do that this will work from the beginning? Also when I then try to open this meeting room several times it
works but e.g. on the next day or after some hours I’ve the same problem again.
