    I'm trying to purchase apps on my iPhone 6+, but keep getting the "payment info" verification popup. When I tap it, I'm prompted to type in my Apple ID password. I enter the password, but the app keeps requesting it over and over and over. There's no way for me to get past the verification, because I can't get to the actual confirmation screen.
    Ive tried the following steps to diagnose/fix the issue:
    - Hard restart of phone (after manually quitting all apps).
    - Signing out of all Apple ID accounts on the phone (Game Center, iCloud, iTunes) and signing back in (with various hard restarts in between each one).
    - Downloading free apps (this works fine with just TouchID).
    To see if the problem was account related, I purchased an app on my iPhone 5s (tied to the same account). The purchase was fine, and the app actually turned up on the iPhone 6 immediately afterward (thanks to the auto download feature).
    So my account is fine, my password is fine, I can buy and download apps on my 5s and through iTunes on my Mac. I just can't do it on the 6+.
    Has anyone encountered this annoying bug and, if so, were you able to find a fix?

    No it´s under that email that is in the forum. The subscription dissappeard as you didn´t got my last payment, and now I don´t know how to change my credit card info. Does it means that it have been canceled automatically? cause when I start my CC, there´s a text saying that I have 6 days left to change my payment info.

  • My family sharing is completely broken, can't change payment info

    I've had family sharing working great since the introduction of IOS 8, but yesterday one of my kids told me that none of her apps were working any more. Both iTunes and the App store on her iPad said that family sharing setup was not complete. The link led me to the iTunes Payment screen, where I was told to correct the items highlight in red, which was only the 3 number security code. When I press Done, I'm told again to correct items in red, which there are none, however the payment type is blank with no way to input anything.
    So, backwards and forwards between iPads, logout, log back in, even restored one of the kids iPads, but the same issue occurs. So searching for a solution, the internet suggested the family organiser removing the payment method and re-entering the same details. So I go into my account in iTunes on my iMac, try to edit my payment information. The last four digits of the number are there, but it's all grayed out, and there's no option to change, add or remove any payment type.
    So here I am wasting my whole weekend trying to get the kid's iPad working. I can't turn off or even remove anyone from family sharing because I have two kids under 13. Their iCloud accounts are totally useless at this point.
    How do I fix my payment method issue and my broken family sharing?

  • I have Adobe reader. I want to transfer data in files to Microsoft Word. Do you have a trial offer I can get to see if it works before I subscribe?

    I am a senior citizen on a limited budget. I have hundreds of files of newspaper articles I would like th change to Microsoft Office Word 97-2003.     Ok, some problems are present with that.
    --| There is no such application as "Adobe PDF".
    --| PDF is not Adobe's (it is an ISO Standard file format/technology, ISO 32000-1:2008).
    --| If all you have is Adobe Reader (any version) then you cannot create PDF.
    No version of Adobe Reader can create PDF files, manipulate PDF page content or export PDF page content.
    Perhaps the online source already provide PDF files and these were download?
    Both Adobe Reader XI and Acrobat XI (Standard and Pro) provide us with a "Select" tool.
    IF the PDF's page content is renderable text ("digital" characters rather than an image / picture of characters which is the output of all scanners or "outlined" fonts (which is a vector graphic drawing of the character and not a renderable font) then that renderable text can be copied.
    Using the Select tool one selects some rendrable text content then right clicks for the context menu.
    On that menu there is the choice of "Copy".
    Once copied the content can be pasted into a support application / file.
    So, doing this from either Acrobat XI or Adobe Reader XI I can  (and have) done a "copy" of renderable textual content in a PDF and then "pasted" same into an MS Word file.
    With that  said I must admit I am skeptical of what you have harvested being textual content that is actually renderable text (real glyphs derived from real font encoding tables associated with the source file). 
    Almost always old - old stuff that gets online (in webspace or network space) is the image / picture of the imprint on paper that was scanned (aka "captured"). It may or may not have been OCR'd.
    If some organization had folks type in / keyboard in content to a file then, yes,  there'd be renderable text.
    If what you have is displaying the same layout as the old newspapers then it is 99 44/100 ths of certainty that you have an image, a picture of the old newspaper articles / issues.
    If the image / picture of text that is a PDF's content has had OCR applied press Ctrl+A while viewing the PDF.
    If many "boxes" of blue appear you have OCR output.
    If one big blueish box over the whole page appears you do not have OCR output present.
    If you have OCR output then you have the "characters".
    These can be exported. These can have copy and paste performed.
    BUT no picture / image of text has "styles", "format", "layout", etc. -- it is a picture eh.
    So, you get recognized characters.  It will not be 100% (an "m" might be recognized as "n~")
    Once you have the OCR output characters in Word or whatever you must engage in cleanup.
    Please note the MS Word is most decidely not a page layout application so any rework to get a Word file to resemble the layout of a newspaper is problematic. 
    Keep in mind that back in the day what got to become the printed imprint on paper for any newspaper, etc always came from a manually laid out setup. No InDesign, etc back then.

  • Creative Cloud Membership keeps failing before I can get to payment section

    The creative cloud membership section allows me to log in, but that is as far as I can get before this appears.
    I have verified my account, tried resetting my password etc. but no joy...
    any ideas!?

  • Can't get File/File info to work on image in Pshop CS5 or Bridge CS5

    After I've pulled up an image and I go to file/file info, I get a big white box on the screen with the file name of my image across the top of it, and nothing inside. Just a big white box. It's the kind of box that an image would normally go into, not the kind of box that used to show me all the file info. At that point my system is somewhat frozen. I can click on the top choices, eg. Photoshop, file, edit, image, etc., but the choices are all greyed out, forcing me to force quit. What's going on?
    I'm running an iMac with Snow Leopard, have 4 gb ram. I'm fully updated to Version 12.0.4, and when I click on 'about' under Photoshop to see what version I have, I see  Version 12.0.4 x32.

    This isn't a solution but a possible workaround.
    When you view your photo in Bridge instead of using File Info, why not view the information in the Metadata panel.
    First I would go to the Bridge preferences, Metadata, and make sure that File Properties, Camera Data EXIF and Camera Raw categories are checked so the info will show up in the Metadata panel. You can check additional categories to show more metadata. (Camera Raw metadata will obviously only appear if the file has actually been opened in Camera Raw)
    You should find the information you need in the Metadata panel.
    As a aside, are these raw CR2 files from your Canon? Do you have the same issue with .jpegs or .tiffs, etc?
    Does the issue still appear if you run Photoshop in 64 bit. I know SnakEyez02 say it didn't make a difference for him. Maybe it will for you.
    To run Photoshop in 64 bit, quit Photoshop, in the FINDER select the Photoshop CS5 icon (the application NOT the folder)  Command I and deselect the Open in 32 bit option in the File info window. Restart Photoshop.

  • Since Firefox 4, I can get a background image to work using base64 encoded, but not a local file, this worked in Firefox 3, how do I resolve this.

    Using either of the 4 examples shown below, to have a background image display inside about:blank worked in Firefox 3.x (using Stylish add-on), however since Firefox 4, only using the base64 encoded version of images works. Is there any way to fix this so I don't have to encode every image I wish to use? Encoding the image makes the stylish file absolutely huge, & a real pain to keep encoding whenever I want to change the image.

    Only if you installed "Find my iPhone" prior to the loss, you could be able to log into iCloud and track or remotely erase your device. If you did not install and activate your account in iCloud, there is no other way to do that.

    I'm having the same problem with no luck.
    They bill me 3 times from abril to June but since July I receive an email said that the can't charge my credit card, I check my statement and there is no trouble, enough credit is available to make my payment. Trying to update the credit card information to see if the recurring payment resume with no luck at all and receiving the same message
