- Are you saying that they are not listed in your Purchased section?
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
- Are they listed in your Puchases history when you log into your account on your computer?
- Are they still available now for purchase? If not then you are out of luck
If they are still available and listed in your Puchase History then contact iTunes

You can't sync or drag your non iTMS music back directly from an iPod to iTunes. The transfer of non iTMS content is designed by default to be one way from iTunes to iPod to discourage it's use as a device for mass file sharing. However there is a manual (free) method of accessing the iPod's hard drive and copying songs back to iTunes on Windows posted in this thread: MacMuse - iPod to iTunes

Try quitting Pages and Numbers, restart your iPad and see what happens.
To close apps - Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

It is not clear what application you mean when you say Adobe 9 Pro Extended, so it ois not certain if it is available for you to download. If you can diownload it, it will only be valid for a 30 day trial unless you already own it and have a serial number to activate the trial with.
You can search the following site and see if you can find the trial version to download... this site is the only likely place you might find the software available for download.
If you find it there, be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site or else the download will not work properly.

Well, the obvious advice is to restore your mac's backup to the new drive - I assume you've been using Time Machine.
If you haven't been backing up the mac, then ...
For photos, sync the iphone to the mac vis iTunes/USB and get the photos back into iPhone on the mac. Getting back the itunes is another problem. You can look for mac apps that read an iOS device and copy songs to the mac. But that won't get back all the other information that iTunes used to have. Again, only a backup would restore all that data. As for purchased items from the iTunes store, use the mac and connect to the store via itunes and check the purchased tab or link. There you can redownload all purchased music and other items.

When I try to download apps to my new iPad Mini, it tells me my billing info has to be confirmed. After confirming with same info that is already there it tells me to contact support, no help up to this point.
