I did not ask you to charge my credit card and I been my money back in to my account, who is gaining you the ok to use my credit card I been this is to be done ASAP I have to get to work this is my gas money and food money....please credit back the money I have already called my back on this they ask me to call you but one to talk at apple only Email. I am having the same issue. When I try to update my payment information I receive an error that states, "We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later.
After Adobe's servers were breached I received a phonecall from my bank, stating that someone had used my credit card at a hotel in Mexico (I live in Ohio). I closed that credit card and was issued a new card. I want to update my card information on my Creative Cloud subscription. I chatted via the web with a customer service rep today. He was anable to help me. He suggested I call the Care Center. The hold was estimated at 2 hours. All I want to do is update my card information so the next time Adobe automatically bills for my subscription the transaction doesn't bounce.

You've checked the purchase history on your account, as per the page that you posted from, does anything show ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
If nothing shows on your account, and you haven't got any auto-renewing subscriptions and you've only got the one account, then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they know where the charges are coming from : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption. But if nothing shows on your account then you may also want to contact your card issuer.

I've been charged in my credit card for the "Back to school Gift Card", Why?

I have recently bought my new MacBook Pro 13", that came with the "Back To school Gift Card". In received thre different invoices.
1) An invonice with all the accesories that I bought
2) An invonice with all the "extras" of my mac and the mac itself. (There they "subtract" the $100 from the gift card under "promotional savings"
3) An invonice with the gift card amount of $100.
On my personal bank account i have three different charges from the apple store. i double checked already.
Why is this happening? Will I get a refund at the end of the month or how does this work?

You have a Puerto Rico address on your account ? From a quick search I've found one site from somebody in Puerto Rico that includes a screenshot for an app receipt showing tax of 7 cents added to a 99 cent purchase. Are you able to view the purchase history on the account that you've been using, and see what prices show on them (e.g. if the store's listed price or price plus tax) : Store > View Account menu option on a computer's iTunes, then 'see all' link next to the Purchase History section.

If this is a fraudulent charge you also need to raise the issue with your credit card company.
Happens often? There was a long topic that had about 1500+ posts about iTunes accounts being hacked but since Apple started the new security measures I haven't seen it recently. Most people now seem to be posting instead they have forgotten their security question answers or have been locked out of their accounts.

             I have a question, why itunes store charge me afterI download free game for my kid. Game it's said FREE Game. then my daughter 4 years old played the day after that I got email from itune store charge on my credit card. It was happen 4 times already and cause alot of money too. I will not pay all this bills. I'm so upset why Apple let it happen to customer, that is look like all game sneaky to get money from people especially my daughter 4 years old she can't read you will charge money on that game?, I'm a mother who download Free Game and I didn't play attention while she playing. There is no phone number to call.
You let your daughter play with your iphone and continue to buy and you think it is somehow Apples fault?
You can set the restrictions that will stop anyone from making these purchases. You have obviously failed to do this. This is your fault. Not Apples.
