I have checked all of the settings in this support thread listed for wake on demand and they are correct.
Apple TV 2.0 with current software, Airport Extreme with 7.6.1 and current firmware, iMac running Lion 27 inch, late 2009 (3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3).
If I leave itunes open and my imc is asleep, operating the apple TV to computer dows NOT wake. I have to enter office, wiggle mouse and then can use Apple TV normally.
Help. All wake on demand settings check out.

I have tried all of the above solutions and I am still getting repeated crashes or messages interrupting anything I am trying to do

At first the messages and crashes were only happening if I tried to play a game (Farmville) on Facebook. Then after a week I started getting the crashes and messages on Facebook. Now I get interrupted and crashes and messages on my Hotmail, Facebook and anything else I try to do. I have done all of the solutions on your site but none of them have stopped this. It did work a bit better when I downgraded the Flash to 10.3. But that only lasted a couple of hours and then I was right back to the way it is now. I have actually gone two days in a row not even being able to get on to the game never mind play it. The message I keep getting is: Shockwave Flash might be busy or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the plug in now or you can see it the plug in will continue. If I don't click the wait button soon enough, then it crashes. If I click the wait button, I might get the same message over and over for almost ten minutes minutes before I can continue. Not only does it freeze the game, but it also freezes the computer. I can't get off, I can't go open another tab, if I have my emails open doesn't matter because everything freezes and I can't continue with anything until it stops. I am really sick and tired of this, its been going on for so long but it used to happen once maybe in half an hour, now what used to take me an hour to do on the computer can take upto 8 hours and thats only checking my game, email, etc., once. I don't know what other solutions you've tried but on mine it was like a "Ghost in the Machine" (moving around and clicking on things on its own) and all I did to fix it was to lightly dampen a cotton ball with window cleaner (evaporates) and clean firmly around the inside edge of the pad and to also click it firmly quickly and many times to clean out ANY kind of dust or debris that has fallen into the cracks. worked GREAT for me , so far!!???

Are you positive you are entering in the correct password? Have you tried rebooting the router by unplugging it from power for about 30 seconds or so?
What happens if you head to Settings -> General -> Reset, tap Reset Network Settings, and then try to reconnect to your home Wi-Fi network.

Have you tried closing the app completely and seeing if it works when you re-open it ? From the home screen (i.e. not with the My Hours app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the My Hours app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.

PS - have found other posts indicating that clips smaller than 2s or sometimes 5s, or "short files" can cause this. Modern style editing often uses short takes ! Good grief I cannot believe Apple. Hi,
I would try a Safe Boot first. (This will take longer than a normal Boot and you will need to Restart afterwards).
If it were an older OS I would also suggest going to System Preferences > Displays and making sure the display is set to Millions. (My MacBook Pro does not have this option in Snow Leopard so I did presume Snow Leopard does not have it).
With some laptops there have been some issues with the cable up the back of the screen pulling loose with regular and frequent use of the lid, but this will not apply to you based on your specs. (it does take time to appear and is also somewhat rare). However it seems enough contact with the camera can make it appear in System Profiler and power it on but not give a pic.
If a Safe Boot does not work I would also try a PRAM reset.
Shut down the computer.
Restart it holding down Apple/CMD (or ⌘)+ALT( ⌥)+P+R Keys until you have heard three Start Up Bongs.
This is actually "less" destructive in that it clears less memory items than Safe Boot but they are different enough to warrant trying.
Do you have an older version of iGlasses installed ?
The one for Leopard does not work for Snow Leopard.
Do you have Web Browser open ?
This may point to Google Video Chat Plug-in and Flash Conflict. It would be rare to allow another app to access the camera even if not displayiong a Pic.
(Chrome Installs the Plug-in as does the standalone download).
Knowing what "any application" exactly you are trying might help us pin it down.
Any additional downloaded apps that can use the camera ?
Do you happen to have something balck in front of the camera ?
