They've been deleted since the end of iDisk and Mobile Me.
Only last hope is if you had turned on synching to create a "local" iDisk folder on your machine.

If you had not already setup iCloud on the device before you lost it, then no - there is no way. If you had already setup iCloud, your data would automatically be in iCloud.

Sell your phone & purchase a phone elsewhere if you want FaceTime.

Shut down the computer.
Plug in the MagSafe power adapter to a power source, connecting it to the Mac if its not already connected.
On the built-in keyboard, press the (left side) Shift-Control-Option keys and the power button at the same time.
Release all the keys and the power button at the same time.
Press the power button to turn on the computer.
Note: The LED on the MagSafe power adapter may change states or temporarily turn off when you reset the SMC. -

If you set up the Find My iPhone service prior to losing your iPhone, then there is a chance that can be tracked, though it depends on a number of factors (the iPhone is turned on, connected to either the 3G or a WiFi network, or has not had the Find My iPhone service disabled or the iPhone been completely restored).
If you did not set up Find My iPhone, then there is no way to track it.

My iphone was recently stolen. I am hoping, by virtue of icloud memory used which I have viewed on a friend's Apple PC that my family photos are still on icloud. I assume that there is a chance my photos were uploaded automatically to icloud. My own laptop is XP only so I cannot access Photostream from my laptop.
Is there any way i can access icloud photostream and download all my family photos to my laptop?
Please help.

If you want to go beyond 10.6.8, open the Mac App Store and try purchasing Mountain Lion 10.8. If you get told it's incompatible, choose About this Mac from the Apple menu, check if the computer has at least 2GB of RAM, and if it does, phone the online Apple Store and order a download code for Lion 10.7.

Click your Apple menu icon top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click App Store. -
I cancelled my subscription to photoshop, and lightroom as I could not install on my OS. Now that I have updated my OS can I try again.
