My wife has a laptop and an iphone 4s, I have a laptop and and iphone 4s, our two sons have our old iphone 3s, we have an old laptop for our sons to use. Our old iphones for our sons are deactivated as phones - so they are used as i-touches for songs, pictures and aps. I want to use icloud (which I'm new to) to hopefully have all four iphones and all three computers stay synced with at least music - if not aps and pictures. My wife has an apple ID and I have one. I'd like to authorize all three laptops for both apple IDs so that we will still have our own accounts, but everything either of us buys will be automatically loaded into all three laptops and all four iphones. Can this be done?

Each person in your home can have their own Apple ID provided it is tied the their own separate email address.
iTunes permits up to five authorized computers connected to a single Apple ID: iTunes Store- About authorization and deauthorization.
For this all to work well, however, each user in your household should have a separate user account on the computer they commonly use.

I'm sorry to hear your screen is cracked spence425. I know its difficult to use the phone while its damaged. I'm happy you are receiving a replacement device. Have you saved any of your pictures and other data to the cloud? Here is a link about the cloud http://vz.to/1mF0GIx . Unfortunately, you will be unable to remove any data from the phone if the screen is unresponsive but if you are looking to transfer data to your new phone, it would have needed to be saved via the cloud first. Can I authorize 2 apple IDs on one computer?

I'm new to the communities so please bear with me if I post this inappropriately.
My husband and I both have iphones. My two children have itouchs. My husband has an ipad. We also have numerous ipods.
We have two computers in the house. When my husband first bought an ipod, we had a PC. All of his devices have always been synced on the PC using his apple id. When I got my iphone, I synced on our MAC using my apple id. When the kids got itouches, they synced on the MAC using their apple id.
We discovered that anything the kids and I purchased on itunes on the MAC is available to all of us.
We would now like to use home sharing. To do this, both computers must be authorized to one apple id. If the PC is deauthorized for my husband's apple id, I understand he will lose his purchases on the PC (or at least they won't be available until he authorizes it again).
I understand that an apple id may be authorized on up to 5 computers. But what about multiple apple id on one computer???
My questions are basically this...
Can we authorize 2 or more apple id on one computer?
Can I authorize my apple id on the PC and have my husband's apple id remain authorized on the PC?
Can my husband's apple id be authorized on the MAC and my apple id remain authorized?
Can the kids apple id be authorized on each of the PC and the MAC?
Can we have 4 different apple id authorized on a computer at once?
Will authorizing my apple id on the PC de-authorize my husband's apple id?
How's that for asking the same question in lots of different ways? I have seen a lot about a computer using the same id multiple times but nothing about whether I can authorize many different ids on one computer at once.

Yes, I just did that on a recent trip. I don't have cable, so I downloaded a bunch of cable TV shows that I had heard good things about and watched them on the train, on planes, in the airport, etc. The TV shows or movies are stored on the iPad itself, so you don't need an Internet connection. (Streaming Netflix or Hulu is another matter. You DO need an Internet connection for that.)

Liam is right. I've done 2 websites 100% in MUSE but using a php contact form. I had to edit the HTML code in Dreamweaver, insert the code and created the php file. Then I published them in an external Host provider.

No, in this case the 2 user accounts with its own Apple IDs would be completely seperated.
If you want to share this things like music and app purchases you will have to to something else.
1. Create two user accounts on your Mac (user A and user B).
2. Create two iCloud accounts just for Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Photos, etc. (one for user A and one for user B):
On your Mac (with Mac OS X Lion or Mountan Lion):
Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > iCloud > Create an Apple ID (button in left corner)
On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch (iOS 5 or later):
Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account > iCloud > Get a free @me.com address and create a new Apple ID

It is not recommended because you shouldn't share your Apple ID account information with other people but you could set up your old Apple ID as an account just for store purchases (Apps, Music, ...) so that everyone of you can manage the purchases in their own library (Access is limited to 10 devices). Therefore you have to setup this "old" ID in Settings of your iOS devices (Settings > iTunes & App Store) and in iTunes on your Mac.

It depends on what you want to do.
You could, for example, have one AppleID for iCloud backup [and therefore message syncing, notes syncing, etc] and a second one for iTunes [music, iBooks, etc].
But if you are looking for a way to flip everything between different appleIDs, then no.

Easiest way is to create separate computer logins with all your own info including your own iTunes library.
I recommend each individual not have more than one AppleID because you will have purchases on multiple accounts
You can use more than one AppleID in an iTunes library.
AppleID/iTunes =used for purchases.
iTunes library = iTunes and all media on your computer.

Back around early 2004, I downloaded iTunes for Windows and soon bought my first iPod. I used an email address I had at that time which I'm really ready to retire. When the iPhone 3G came out, I bought that and added a mobile me account with a new @me email. Beginning with Mobile Me, the iPhone and continuing with my iMac and MacBook, I have used the @me email as my Apple ID. However, my iTunes purchases are still made with the old Apple ID. Everything else is done with my new Apple ID.
Is there anyway I can change my store account to the new Apple ID and still keep all my purchases? It would simplify life alot and I could get rid of an old, otherwise unused email address.

The issue I have is that my son has an Ipod Touch 5th gen and wants to keep the music and apps that I have in my Itunes account ( right now the ipod is sync'd with my itunes account). I have set up restrictions for the Ipod that limits what he can do (access the web, download apps, etc). No, sorry. Purchases are permanently tied to the AppleID used when making the purchase - they cannot be transferred, merged or shared with any other AppleID.
You would have to login with your AppleID and password, download what he wants on the device, then logout. He would also need your password for any updates.
