I want to buy an iPhone 5s without sim tray CDMA phone on reliance network. Is it available??? Where can i get it?
No such thing as an unlocked CDMA phone. All iPhone 5S contain a SIM, for LTE support. CDMA phones have to be locked to their carrier because of the way they are activated on the CDMA side.

You don't need an app. You need couple's counseling. I believe what you want to do may also be illegal in many jurisdictions.

Sounds like a hardware issue. Bring the phone to Apple for evaluation.

The fact that it is physically damaged may have quite a bit to do with the fact that it doesn't work...

I bout the app "find my phone". Accodingly updated I tunes so that I could access icloud. Did all that. However, when I tried to unlock my phone with my password (which I did not change) it did not recognize it. Help!!

If you do not have access to the computer you normally sync with, it may be necessary to use one of these methods to erase your phone and remove the passcode:
iOS: Forgotten passcode or device disabled after entering wrong passcode

If you see one of following alerts, you need to erase the device:
"iTunes could not connect to the [device] because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the [device] before it can be used with iTunes."
"You haven't chosen to have [device] trust this computer"
If you have Find My iPhone enabled, you can use Remote Wipe to erase the contents of your device. If you have been using iCloud to back up, you may be able to restore the most recent backup to reset the passcode after the device has been erased.
Alternatively, place the device in recovery mode and restore it to erase the device:
Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to shut down.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
iTunes will alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then restore the device.

Since i got the new Iphone 4s it constantly drops calls. Apple have replaced the phone with another new iphone 4s but i am still having the same problem. I have checked with vodapohe that there is no issue from there end, given a new sim, still drops out

It's a good idea to backup your Mac Address Book application and iCal Calendars application from each application. This way you can go back and pull out items if you lose something. I do this everyday.

Does Iphone 4s have its serial no./IMIE no. or any other unique no. written on its hardware parts apart from sim tray. I mean somwhere inside? I know I can get it from settings, or on Box or from Sim tray.
Ask in iFixit forum, they are the people that dismantle all apple equipment.

sprint shouldnt have locked the sim tray anyways and i think this is just wrong because i payed for the phone and should be able to do what i want with it. they say you can unlock the sim card or the tray i guess if you in good standings with the company an apperantly im not so i was wondering if somthing can be done about this because i see no hole or anything to even open the tray someone HELP ME ! please and thank you
No. Nothing can be done about this. It was made clear quite some time ago what the situation was going to be.
Now... That said, if you have an iPhone 4S, there is a SIM tray on the right hand side of the phone.
If you have an iPhone 4 as you indicate, THERE IS NO SIM TRAY. The iPhone 4 is NOT a world Phone. You can only use that phone on Sprint or roam to their CDMA partners where present. The phone will not work at all throughout most of the world, including Europe.
