We understand that iPhone 5 (model A1429) can be used for GSM and CDMA network.
We used normal SIM card for CDMA net work. I will request nano sim card telecom to use in iPhone 5.
Please confirm that A1429 model can use for Myanmar CDMA network.

No. The CDMA section of the phone is permanetly locked to a specific CDMA carrier such as Verizon or Sprint. IT can't be unlocked and used elsewhere.

This sounds like the age old problem with keychain & Safari. I don't know of a way to solve it without using something like 1Password.
The iOS app has it's own built in browser, so it has more control over what gets autofilled. Safari on OS X has an 1Password extension that handles account selection & autofill etc.
Keychain is great in principle, but it quickly falls down when you need tight integration with many ID's & different use cases (work, home etc).
I'd suggest you submit feedback to Apple about your thoughts. I did so years ago about this issue & this is how far we have come (back to the point where me.com synced passwords) :^)

Other tools like lastpass or keypassx may also help if you want to truly segregate password storage, but that doesn't fix autofill, the way around that issue is to dedicate one browser for work.

When you purchase content in the app store, you purchase a license to use the content. This license does not permit you or anyone else to resell or give this content away. You have the display set in Extended Desktop mode. The Menu Bar and Dock will be on the MacBook display and your background screen on the monitor. In System Preferences>Display on the MacBook screen there should be an Arrangement tab when you have the MacBook hooked up to the monitor and both screens working. When you click the Arrangement tab do you see two monitors side by side? One of them will have a Menu Bar at the top. Just click on the Menu Bar and drag it to the second monitor. That will make the second monitor your main screen. You can now use your MacBook in Clamshell Mode with a wired or Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3131 When you disconnect from the monitor your Menu Bar will automatically change back to the MacBook.

You cannot do that. The AppleID you used to create the iCloud account is an active primary email address. The email address you created with the iCloud account is also an active primary email address (all Apple domain email address automatically become AppleIDs as well). You cannot replace the primary email address on one active AppleID with the primary email address on another, active AppleID.
You can use your iCloud email/AppleID with iTunes, but it will be a separate account, so all your previous purchases remain tied to the other AppleID you have.
I don't understand your statement that you could not remeber your old AppleID password, as you would have had to use it to create the iCloud account in the first place (the first step of creating the iCloud account required you to login with your existing AppleID and password)?

Try the usual steps: restart, reset, restore.

If you try restoring from a backup and that doesn't fix the problem, try restoring to factory settings and synching your apps. You'll lose the app data and settings, but if the problem is due to a corrupt cache or settings file, that should cure it. If that still fails to correct the problem, take or send the iPhone to Etisalat for replacement.

Then as you've tried resetting the phone, the next step is to restore it from the latest backup. If that doesn't work, restore it as new, and if that doesn't work take it to Apple.

No, not unless it is simply a network connection.
How is your IPTV being provided.. if it is using a separate vlan or separate vpi/vci in the adsl connection. Who is your ISP?
Is the TP-Link ADSL?
Is the IPTV using a separate voice channel on adsl?
Or a different vlan.

Of course there is. There is with any computer system that you connect to the internet or transfers files to and from. When you run Windows on your Mac you increase the chance from zero that you will get a Windows based virus to virtualy the same risk as any other Windows user.
The weaknesses in Windows OS and applications are well trodden by virus and worm malcontents the world over. That doesn't mean that OSX is exempt though. All it will take is once and the entire Mac world will sit up and take notice......

You can use your iPhone 4 in Malaysia with a Japanese sim card, but you'll need to enable the data roaming/international feature with your phone comapny/carrier in Japan to be able to use the phone.
Your other option is to get your phone unlocked by your phone comapny/carrier so that you can then insert local sim cards when you travel.
The only ones who can unlock your phone is your phone comapny/carrier in Japan so you need to contact them directly to ask them if they offer unlocking - if not then you are out of luck and have to use the data roaming method.
