I purchased a season pass on my computer and while I get notifications that new episodes are available to download, when I check for available downloads in iTunes it is not there and will not download. How do I get these episodes?

Lost episodes from PC not playing on Mac

A year ago I purchased a bunch of Lost episodes with iTunes on my Windows machine. Than machine has crashed and died and I am now using a MacBook. I have managed to pull those episodes off the hard drove and move them over to my mac. I used the same account on my windows machine as on my mac. When I tried to add the files from the PC to my mac iTunes nothing happens, I also double clicked on the files and still got nothing nothing. Any ideas.

I just got a call from the designer. He moved the files into a different folder (he had dragged the folder containing the files directly from my disk and flash drive) and they save properly now. Apparently the permissions problem was originating from the folder they were in.

Downloading "lost" episode error message

Hi I'm trying to download a "Lost" episode called "What Kate Did" and it downloads fine until the end when it gives me this error message:
There was an error downloading your purchased music. An unknown error occurred (0xFFFE7958).
Us the Check for Purchases command in the Advanced menu to try again later
Has anyone else experienced this? I've tried to download on different computers and the same thing happens. I managed to download every other episode except this one. Thanks

How do the computers connect to the Internet? Are they wireless, by chance, and/or all going through the same router? I've seen unconfirmed reports that a setting (being too restrictive) in a wireless router can cause download problems with the iTMS.
Also, look in your iTunes Music folder and see if there's a folder called "Downloads". If there is, and there's anything in it, delete the contents and try your download again.
If that doesn't seem to point to anything useful (particularly if the systems you've tried on are going through different Internet connections), contact the iTunes Music Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of this web page and explain the problem to them. I know that they're trying to pin down the cause of this problem (which has been reported by others).

80 GB Ipod can't play Lost episodes?

I bought the first episode of Lost Season 3, when I try to move it to my Ipod it tells me: "A Tale of Two Cities" was not copied to the Ipod "Musick Man" because it cannot be played on this Ipod. Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening? I bought two more episodes of Lost that are still downloading just so I could watch them on the Ipod on a big train ride I'll be taking soon...
I hope someone can help, and thanks in advance.

Downloading problem with LOST episode

I have been trying to download all of the episodes of LOST season 2. i was successful until I reached the episode "Adrift." The episode will not finish downloading. 3 of the other episodes have downloaded and work fine. i am really frustrated because I have read other forums and it seems that MANY people are having this problem and it is not being addressed. i am not sure where to go from here. I have tried re-setting the computer, checking for purchases, browsing my files, and i have contacted tech support...NO HELP!! this is ridiculous because i have spent money and I'd like to receive my product. Can anyone help? Any suggestions??

Do you encounter any particular error message? Does it download half-way and stop you? ...or does the error occur right away when you "Check for Purchases..."? If you can give us the exact text of the error message we might be able to help troubleshoot this one more specifically.

LOST episode lost

I had purchased an episode of Lost on my itunes but was unable to finish the download and had to shut down my laptop. I just assumed that when I got on again I would be given the option to complete install since in the past I was able to with podcasts. The option to do so is nowhere. I went to items purchased and it is not there, neither is it in any part of my library. How can Begin downloading from where I left off?

I had gone to the purchases link on my menu but it wasn't there. I went to the store and went into my account and it was pending there to be dled. Thanks for the help!

Lost Episode !

I downloaded a TV series but somehow I have lost one of the episode, where do I find it again. Thank you

umm, i upgraded to 7.0.3 and i still get nothing. but my issue is slightly different, when i click to preview it, nothing happens, no grey screen, no popup, nothing. in the progress bar, it has 0:00 - -30 seconds and it doesnt move when i click play.

Lost episode 13- Where is it?

This is so irritating. I've been waiting all week for it to come out. It's been two days. Where is the next episode?

I don't watch Lost so I could be wrong, but according the episode guide, the last new episode of Lost for this season was "Fire and Water", broadcast on January 25th. The next episode, "The Long Con", won't air until February 8th. So it appears that the iTMS has every episode that's been broadcast.

Lost Episode I downloaded is blank

Possible to burn iTunes purchased "Lost" episodes to DVD?

My "Lost" habit has come to a crash because I've missed an episode. On a whim, I bought this particular show from iTunes. Upon later reflextion, the wife just won't be interested in watching a TV show on our somewhat dinky little monitor. Is there any legal and somewhat easy way to burn this 40 some minute show to DVD using iTunes, iMovie, iDVD or i-anything? Just monkeying around on iTunes, there didn't seem to anyway to do it. If I can't watch what I just purchased on our TV, I think this'll be the last $1.99 that apple gets from me.

Sorry, but Apple has put strong copyright protection on the video downloads. I guess there would be no legal way to do it, but that does not mean that it isn't possible.

Freak Show - lost episode

I was wondering why the most recent episode of Freak Show (Mohel-Me-Not, Pt. 2) is available for download, but the previous episode (Mohel-Me-Not, Pt. 1) is not, and when it would be available to be downloaded.

Yes where is it I demand to know this crapola ***** I work nights and I depend on the music store to keep me in the loop. We have been waiting 6 weeks and this is a load of BS who ever needs to get the show loaded get it done and makes us happy .

Release dates of Lost series episodes

I thought the LOST episodes wre going to be available for download the day after they were aired on ABC on Wednesdays. Episode 6, series 2 isn't available from ITMS yet.
Or is the day after release day not the case?

Episodes from iTunes

I recently purchased some LOST episodes from iTunes to watch on my G3 iBook but when I play them they run really bad. (Lagging video mostly) So I assume its my iBook (I've had it for awhile). So I burned the episodes to CD (I have a CDR/DVD Player on my iBook) and figured I would bring it to work and burn the episodes on DVD using iDVD (I have a G5 with a DVD Burner at work) so that I can just watch the episodes I bought as a DVD on my iBook. But when I try to drag the movie to my project in iDVD I get a windwo that says Unsupported file type: Invalid Video. When I click get info on one of the epsiodes it says its a MPEG-4 Video File. Can anyone tell me what's wrong or if there is a different way to watch the episodes I bougth from iTunes on my G3 iBook without it lagging so much. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Your G3 iBook doesn't have the computing horsepower necessary to play the clips properly.
TV episodes from iTunes can be copied to CD/DVD data discs for backup only.
It is not possible to use them to create a DVD that can be played by DVD players.
