HT4009 An In-App Purchase did not go through, yet I was still charged - how would I get reimbersed?

I purchased 900 donuts in The Simpons Tapped out, and it charged me, yet none of them showed up in game, and subsiquently did not allow me to load the game. I had to restore my iPod and the game came back with again, no donuts and still a charge of $50 on my credit card, how and who would I contact to get reimbersed? This apple website is a bit confusing for me to understand since I am unfamilar with it and would like to get a refund ASAP,

    If you migrated your MobileMe account before 1 August you should have signed into System Preferences>iCloud with it, and you would be able to see your calendars, bookmarks and emails on the iCloud website. Is this the case? Did you sign into iCloud with your @me.com address?
    If you did not migrate your MobileMe account you can no longer do so.
    If you did migrate, did you do so from a full MobileMe account or from a Family Pack sub-account? the latter did not get the complimentary storage (because their iDisks were only 5GB anyway).
    If you had a full MobileMe account, check on your Mac - System Preferences>iCloud - and see whether that shows the upgrade. If it doesn't, you probably need to contact Support: if you currently happen to have AppleCare, either because you recently bought Apple hardware or have paid to extend the inititial period, you can contact them here:

    You will need the serial number of the covered hardware.
    If you are not covered by AppleCare, then - in common with other free email services - there is no free support (MobileMe Support is no longer available) and you may be asked to pay a fee: in this case you should ask them to deal with it without cost (and hope they agree).
    Note that you haven't paid anything for your MobileMe storage since your first renewal date after 6 June 2011, and iCloud costs nothing unless you specifically choose to upgrade the storage. Note also the iCloud storage is not general file storage in the manner of the iDisk but is restricted to iOS device Backup, Mail, Photo Journal and Documents.

    You didn't import all of your pics regularly?  Particularly before an update?
    They may very well be gone.
    You can try restoring from backup.

    I purchased my new Mac Book Pro 13 inch last Fall 2011. I started using the book in March 2012. I am new users of the Mac book and apple world. How do I obtain $100 ITune credit I was sent with my mac book. It does not show up with the purchase. I did not know exactly what it was and what to do with it. Now I am getting ready to buy some applications using Itunes I could use the credit.

    Try going to the APPLE in the upper left of the screen and click on it , you will get a drop down with several choices , click on about this mac and you will get a pop up with description of your Mac system , click on the more info tab and you will see a complete listing of you system.
    To redeem your ITunes card
    open ITunes and click on ITunes Store,if you do not have an apple id yo will need to create one, look for a tab that says redeem and click on it you will be prompted to enter the code on the back of the card , follow instructions and you should be good to go.

    I recently purchased a "bag of coins" for a game which cost me $9.99. It said it downloaded and when I was about to use my item, the coins did not appear? Basically, I didn't get my purchase. Yes, I've reported this to Apple already and yes i've closed the app and everything.
    If reporting this issue is the best I can do, how long will it take Apple to reply or refund my money?
