HT4009 Charges

I have been charged for an app that I do not remember ordering. It is possible my young grandson did this. Is it possible to get a refund?

I am sure that you can check this via your account. If you click on purchase history it should show you what has recently been bought & when. That way you can work out if it was yourself that bought it or a mistake that Apple will have to sort out. I hope that might help you.

    So I gift the this app called the chemistry buddy app and sent it and when they sent me a conformation for it being successfully sent. Then I looked on my other iPhone and it was never sent I rechecked two hours later and never sent . So I resent it again and it said free but when I look at my bill I am charged twice.     I bought an extra life from the candy crush application but I also got charged for unlock sweet surprise which should have been included in the price.
    Before I entered my password to pay It only showed a total of £0.69, but I received the bill today and were charged £1.38.

    Recently I made a in-app purchase for the game Infinity Blade, the item is the bag of gold 150,000. When I checked my purchased histroy it show two transactions of the item. In game it only reflects that I bought only 1 item. Who do I contact and how?

    I made several attempts to purchase "points" on a game, and it never went through, however numerous withdrawals came out of my checking account, but I still do not have the points. How can I get refunded for this? Reporting a problem from iTunes isn't working either.

    Alot of free apps offer in app purchases which has probably happened here, things for extra points scores etc etc are offered for prices which is how the app can afford to be free via the charge in other purchases within the game.
    These are the sorts on in app purchases in littlest pet shop may have been one of these?
    If you are 100% sure that no purchse was made get in touch with apple they should be able to tell you what was purchased and when then you can take it from there?

  • HT4009 I bough pinball arcade in app purchases ( all pinball machines that were available  ).  Now that I have new iphone, Itunes charged me again to download them on new phone.  They then told me they could do nothing.  Help.  They are ********.

    I bought and downloaded pinball acade from itunes in the last year.  I bought all in app puchases possible ( all pinball machines). Downloading them to my itouch an ipad as necessary.  Sometimes they would crash and I would simply reload them.  I bought a new iphones this week and while putting this app on my
    new phone (with in app puchases) I noticed my balance on my Itunes account was going down faster than my gas tank.  They were charging me again  I contacted Apple and Itunes and they told me it was not there problem and I needed to contact Pinballarcade.com.  That is like buying a washing machine from Sears and after having problems, they tell me to contact Kenmore.  I have bought thousands in music and apps over the years.  I will start switching to other services in the future.  I also have an occupation that allows me to interact with the public.  Whenever the opportunity allows,  I will tell them of my experiences.
    I did try to contact pinballarcade.com, but the website is not working, and I am running out of patience.

    The Same thing happened to me! I lost about 15 Tables from all first 3 seasons and I contacted their shoddy support email, and got a response saying that I should do this that and the other thing and I followed their advice only to get the same result....All of those table are still only available to me if I purchase them!  I am so upset, I think I lost about $60.00 in purchases for which I have all my receipts for....Anyone know an answer?  No snarky replies please, what do you have to gain from that..I'm sure we've all been screwed by in-app purchases before and you know what a shock it is.  Thanks in Advance!

    Using the Egg vs Chicken app yesterday I tried to purchased a bucket of stars in the app for $15.99, however, the stars didn't appear but I have been charged for them, twice! How do I go about getting a refund or getting the stars?

    My Adobe Revel Premium was auto renewed it's annual fee on April 10th and I was having an Applecare supporting period for reinstalling my Macbook pro and home networking setup for my time capsule. I only noticed the charged when the 50$ apple store gift card redeemed by the new update feature using camera for my MBP a couple days before my call-in support has gone plus an extra charge to my Paypal since i spent a few dollars for others apps from the redeem credits. I was calling the phone numbers for the apple store which was showed in my bank statement for all itunes items purchases. The number indicated Los Angeles but there was a auto machine which send me back to use the online support forms. Also, I was confusing and exhausting to read and continue searching to read one topic after another from both Apple and AdobeRevel website to seek for the right service support for my case, yet I was just going in a circle. So, I did turn off the auto subscription for Adobe revel in the apple store setting, however it never shown in new purchases history for that new subscription charges and the specific App. There were 3 new items purchases in app store account shown in my MBP after I reinstall new 10.8.3 and new updates as instructed from Apple Care and Genius bar personnel from my local authorized Apple Store and 1 item remained hidden still after all after I was able to retrieve the others 2 items. Obviously it was for the Revel premium but I can only guess after the credits was deducted from my app store MBP account and the subscription was made after i updated my Ipad 3 to newest version iOS6.1.3, I did not have sufficient times to prevent or acknowledge the potential charge until it was already taken place, and lost in transition for finding a authentic service authority for supporting refund or reimburse related to my issue. Could anyone be able to advise me in such issue I'm having currently?It's really appreciated for your helps!Thanks

    A free app is free to download from the store. Some apps (both free and paid-for) then allow you to make in-app purchases within them e.g. to unlock extra features (items or levels in a game, extra features in other apps etc), to remove adverts (some free apps get money via adverts that are diaplayed in them, but you can sometimes pay to remove them).
    If you don't want to be able to make in-app purchases then you can turn them off on your iPad via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off'.
    As most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users, not iTunes Support, we won't know why you have been charged $40 in the last six months. Have you looked at the purchase history on your account (Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes), or contacted iTunes Support ?
