HT4009 duplicate in-app purchase refund request
I got billed twice for the same in-app iphone purchase of the iPhone App "53 Languages-Pronounciation" option). The link from within iTunes to "report a problem" does not work.
It does not even work after asking for my iTunes account login.
This seems like Apple is making it very hard to get refunds. Anyone able to send me to the proper link to fill-out a request for refund and report an order screw-up?

and follow the instructions to report your issue to the iTunes Store and request a refund.

Hi,
In March of 2014 we got an email about submitting a refund request for the in-app purchases my 11 year old made in 2012 for coins and such on several free apps.
The email contained a link to submit the refund which we used. The date for submitting the refund request is 04/15/2015.
I only submitted a partial list since there is no way to copy and past the order numbers from the purchase history.
In August I attempted to use the link again to submit the remaining order numbers and the link does not function any more.
I have submitted multiple emails and the responses have been cordial but unhelpful.
After finally submitting the remainder of the order numbers I was told that I had already received a refund and would need to deny charges with the credit card company!
Has anyone else had this experience and found a more straight forward solution?

If you don't want it to happen again then, if you haven't already done so, turn off in app purchases on the iPod via Settings > General > Restrictions -

In app purchase paid but never received? No answer from G5 Entertainment or iTunes either, 20$ paid for absolutely nothing, how can I request a refund? I have written two emails to iTunes as well as an email to G5, what a scam!

I represent a company Meetville.com. We have an application with the function of in-app purchase to buy content within the application. I have a question: how can our users cancel recurring payments in the application and how can we make a refund to them if such necessity arises?
You're the developers of the app aren't you? If so, leverage your developer support resources and find out. It's doubtful anyone here would know as these are just user to user forums.

To try and stop it happening again, you should be able to turn off in-app purchases via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off', and (depending upon what iOS version that you have on your iPad) you might also be able to set 'Require Password' to 'Immediately' on the Restrictions (the default is a 15 minute period during which it doesn't need to be re-entered) -

Last few month, i have make in app purchase , all total amount is around 2500 euro in a online game , but recently i reliazed that , the online game is hiding or locking some item in the game , so even how much u spend u can't get the item . And the game is online based , and cause lag all the time , even the app is not stable cashing all the time too . Many of player is complainted too . Go to the App store in iTunes. Find the page for the app, and click the link for the developers web site. -

I paid for an app which provides additional templates for Pages for iPad including envelopes of various sizes. When I downloaded and opened the app I found all the envelope templates were for U.S. standard sizes. As I live in England and use European standard envelopes, this was useless to me. The developer confirmed they did not cover European sizes and that this was not stated on his app site, and suggested I apply for a refund from the iTunes Store. I did this via the 'report a problem' facility but the instant response was that they had noted the problem but suggested contacting the developer, which, of course, I had already done so. As I'd reported on this app purchase, I found I could not go further on the iTunes Store site.
