Gee... maybe you should try contacting iTunes support like the message told you to do.

So for some reason it the App Store won't let me download free games to my phone. When ever I try it always say please sign in. And when I click sign in it take me to the credit card infor, i do not have a credit card. It won't allow me to downloads any free app to my phone unless I put in a credit card. How do I download apps without a credit card?

It sounds like you have a credit card saved to your Apple ID payment information and you would like it to be removed from the account and set the payment method to None. You should be able to do this with the following article:

Tap Settings on the Home screen.
Tap iTunes & App Stores.
Tap your Apple ID. (If you aren't signed in, enter your Apple ID and password and tap Sign In.)

In the Edit section, tap Payment Information.
Update the information that you want to change.
Tap the Done button when you're finished.

Why am I seeing the message"you haven't verified ur id yet"every time I tried to install an app but i did verify my id
Sign out and back into your apple id from Settings>iTunes and App stores>(Your apple ID)>Sign Out and then sign in again with the new address. Close app store from running in the background (or restart the phone if your unsure how to do this). If when trying to update any apps they are still asking for the old apple ID, delete and re-install those apps.

Ios has not been released. It is available in test version only to registered developers.
If you are a developer then you nkow better thatn to post this here. You should use your credentials to log into the developers forum.
If you are not a developer then you are illegally downloading the software. -

It sounds like you want to use your Apple ID without a credit card.
You can set your credit card to None in the billing information section of iTunes. This article will help you do that.
