Unable to complete an in-app purchase, keep getting error messages although i can buy other products on the apple store.

HT4009 My ipad is a ios 6.1.3. I'm trying to make an in-app purchase. After entering my Apple ID, a box opens stating i cannot make the purchase, because the ipad connot connect to the itunes store.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

Just make sure if it wifi is connected. if this doesn't work reboot your iPhone. If it's still doesn't work contact the game service center or something. lastly, make sure u have your credit card sign in. hope this help.
