I've sent an email, no reply, called them they said go to expresslane.apple. No help available there, cannot chat online bcos I'm not in the US. I have sent an email but didn't get any response. Please someone help my son wants a game.

I've done this and when i click done, it says to fix errors; i repeat the process then it says to contact apple support. Any ideas or other experiences with this? I've had this happen before and it got resolved after i called them and it took a few days, not very convenient. The same thing happened when I was just trying to update my account info with a new billing / account address.
