I just upgraded my ipghone to 5s and as a result had to start fresh in iMobsters but can not purchase in-app purchases. I get the following message "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/.

HT5625 can not purchase from apps store. message states - Apple ID is disabled.
Can not purchase from Apps Store. Continue to get message stating that Apple ID is disabled after I select install. I have change my Itune account pass word and updated all information.
After resetting your password you might then need to log out of your account on your iPod by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it

The problem would seem to be in the firewall in your router. Have you tried disabling it? I assume you've updated the router firmware, right? Consider bypassing the ISP provided router (using it as a modem only) and unsing another device such as an Aiport Express.

How to reset your Apple ID security questions.
Go to appleid.apple.com, click on the blue button that says 'Manage Your Apple ID'.

Go to the Password & Security section on the left side, and click on the link underneath the security questions that says 'Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to [email]'. This will generate an automated e-mail that will allow you to reset your security questions.

I recently updated my iPad mini to ios 7, which made me put a password for my lock screen. Now, it won't accept my password, and I'm unable to restore using iTunes because it says I must turn off Find My iPhone feature. However, I can't turn off this feature if I can't unlock my iPad. If you know the password to your apple id login - you can then do a restoration once you have put your device into recovery mode using itunes.
read this article to give you direction how to put your device into recovery mode.
Once you have put in your apple id login and password this then will allow you to restore the device once the device is placed in recovery mode.
