iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1You will need to do what it says, contact iTunes support. Click the Support tab above, then the Get Started link in the Contact Apple Support area and you'll be guided. We are all just fellow users here and so have no idea about the cause of the issue nor any ability to resolve it for you.

If you are in the US then you need to add your state's sales tax onto the listed price, so you probably won't be able to buy something that's listed as $99 if you have $100 on your account. What support? All I get is an endless circle of running around. Things worked fine until recently, apperently real people to talk to don't exist here, just a never ending series of links that lead nowhere. It seems many others have had this same problem with Itunes, but what is the salution?

Choose country, and then at the bottom of the list on the left there should be an option 'Contact Support' (via expresslane).
It's only users here on this forum - unfortunately Apple don't seem to have a simple phone number and you have to get support via email or occasionally a live chat option.

why do i keep getting the message "Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction."? Oh, and I would love to contact support but they are never open for business when this happens to me so I was hoping someone knew what the heck was going on. I love my ipad and hate that I can't get the in app purchases that I need in order to advance to the next level to buy if I don't want to start the whole game again!! Please help. Let me know what you did to bypass this or get an itunes associate on the phone or what ever so I can solve this NOW!?

I have been getting the same message as well on any transactions I have tried to place. I attempted to contact iTunes support, but was only allowed to leave an email regarding this problem. I will keep you posted if I hear anything.
