I purchased some FIFA 13 points on my iPad. My iTunes account has been charged but I have not received the points? Has anyone else experienced and resolved this?

Any funny characters in the artist or album names? I take it that it is not hiding for the reasons given in Missing Artist or Album not with others by same artist? Sort fields can sometimes cause items to be listed in a different place within the list. Can you find it using search on the device?

Alternately, open iTunes Prefs > Store and and select the option to "Show iTunes in the Cloud Purchases." -
i have moved from an iphone 4 to iphone 5 and have done a back up of my iphone 4 and restored this back up to the iphone 5, but the apps do not appear to have come across. Have I done something wrong? Please can someone tell me how to move my apps across?
After you Restore from backup, sync the iPhone.

I have installed an app : Birdfield guide in my iPhone 4. But the app is not working after installation. It shows black screen when opened. I need suggestions to make it work or the reasons for not working.
Yes TeeKnows, try deleting it and download it again. After finished installation if still shows black screen delete it out off 'running apps' by double tapping the home button and swipe it off. If still shows black screen then try fully turning off your iPad (holding the sleep button) and turn back on again.

To extend wifi range, I plugged in my airport extreme within exisitng range but the device does not appear in my airport utility (on the left of the screen). The airport extreme is blinking amber. Please advise. Thank you.
The AirPort Extreme can extend the signal from another Apple router wirelessly, so as long as you have a 802.11n version of the products, the extend function should work.
Please check to locate the Model No of both of your AirPort routers. It will be on the bottom of the device. Starts with an "A" followed by four numbers, as in "A x x x x".
Post back with that info.
We also need to know the version of AirPort Utility that you are using. If you are not sure, click the AirPort Utility menu in the upper left corner of the screen, then click About AirPort Utility and post back with tht info as well. -
