I just buy in-app purchases (rubies in Wind Runner Game) 2 times(49.99 $ per time) about 30 min ago, but I don't receive any ruby.

I have always been able to buy in app purchases, but ever Sence I changed my credit card it tells me to connect with support with iTunes, and It just says ok no other oppition so I tap it then nothing happens, I have enough money to make the big charges but it's just not letting me,

Im tryin to get my email verified for iMessage and FaceTime, but i don't received any emails. All info are correct (correct apple id and password). Though, i don't have any sim on my phone.
You can take a look at this support document for troubleshooting iMessage and FaceTime activation. If you have difficulty activating FaceTime or iMessage - Apple Support
I believe with the iPhone, you need to have a SIM installed, since the activation sends an international SMS to servers in the UK. Check to see what that support document states. -

I didn't receive anything and it deducted from my iTunes accountDoes the app have an IAP download option in that allows you to download them and/or does the developer's website have any info on it about what to do ? HT4009 Can you buy in-app purchases with itunes giftcard money?
I want to buy an in-app purchase and I have a $10 gift certificate in my account. If I buy an in-app purchase, will it be deducted from the gift card total?
I tried it and it worked. It has used my itunes credit for an in-app purchase.
It hasn’t worked for me before so I was sceptical but apple have fixed their bug and it works now within the game I used to make the purchase.

Apple has refunded them every time and then I get an email from someone in India telling me how to restrict In-App purchases. It's apparent that they cannot/do not read the emails sent to them because I WANTED TO MAKE THE IN-APP PURCHASES.... I want them to download to my device also.... Apple is great at charging you for something and then playing stupid when an issue arises.... they acted as though I'm the only person having this issue.... 45 days and counting and still no resolution...
Gets old quick telling them I want the in-app purchases, getting a credit & being told to make the purchase again only to have the same thing happen again...
Isn't there a saying that goes: repeating the same process and expecting a different result is the definition of insanity..... -
