HT4009 I was charged double for an in-app purchase??

what do i have to do to get a credit for an incorrect billing for an in-app purchase?  i have tried reporting a problem in itunes under my recent purchases and it directs me to apple's support page.  please help!

    You will need to contact iTunes Support. You can try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
    If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

  • HT4009 How to obtain refund for unauthorized in-app purchase in Real Racing 3 game

    Recently my 6 year old son was playing Real racing 3 game, he has without our knowledge clicked "Buy" on few options and I have been billed Rs.16610 on my credit card.  He was not prompted for any password when he clicked buy option. 
    As soon as we received alert on these transactions, we blocked the credit card and also removed the card from the itunes account to avoid such mistakes in future.
    We need help to find how to obtain refund for this transactions made without proper consent.

    To try and stop it happening again you can turn off in-app purchases on your iPad via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off, and you should also have a Require Password setting on the Resrictions screen which you can set to 'Immediately' (the default is a 15 minute perid during which it doesn't need re-entering).

    A couple of days ago, I redeemed a gift card to my account. My son bought an in app purchase - and it has deducted the amount from both my Visa card and from the balance of the gift card.

    Tried purchasing gems for brave frontier and phone lagged out....got back on and it said i made a the purchase but no product from the game was delivered....tried again and the delivery was instant....paid for 2 and i got 1 and brave frontiers support wont help unless i get a receipt

    Go into the iTunes store and into your account.
    After entering your account there should be purchase history in the 3rd tab ( if you're using the latest iTunes software ).
    Printscreen your Purchase history and send it over to Brave Frontiers help and support forums.
