HT4009 in app purchase didnt recieve content but was charged for it
I made an in app purchase and was charged for the content but never recieved it,, who do i talk to to get the content again or a refund? Or am i just screwed?

If a track is released from the EP before the actual EP is released then you will be charged the tracks's full price i.e. 1.29 - when the actual EP is released you will be charged 2.70 (3.99 minus the 1.29). To petition for refunds, you need to go to expresslane.apple.com > itunes > itunes store > billing and accounts
I would suggest that you contact the developer of the app to see what exactly you purchased, because itunes store support can get you the refund, but they can't tell you exactly what you purchased. They just handle the money, they don't necessarily dictate what the app's devloper sells -

Many people are having this problem for the last couple of days. This is a problem that Apple has to fix. If you look around the forum, you will see many, many discusssions about this and they have been going on for a few days.
According to Fly150 in another discussion, this is a workaround - for the time being.
If you want to update the Apps while waiting for Apple to fix Updates:
1. Go to App Store
2. Select Purchased
3. Select All
4. Scroll down to find the Apps showing update
5. Select update on the Apps
This should update the Apps and get rid of the update count in App Store. -
hi. i have made and in-app purchase in fring. the amount was deducted from cridet card, receved receipt, but nothing happended to my balance at fring. what to do ???
The problem is with an item in the 'Latest Purchases' section. When I click on 'Report a Problem' it takes me to the support page. I have gone to the link you provided many times... so far it always says to check again in a few minutes and never works.
I would really like to hear back from Apple directly and get some assistance with this issue. -

I am trying to put previously purchased apps onto my 2nd device but it asks for a password EVERY time. Is there a way to change settings to entering password while I am working? That is how my 1st device works.

i have enabled in app purchases to be allowedI'm having the same problem too. My suspicion is that I may have entered my password wrong the first time I tried and now it won't let me buy or download anything wether its free or not. So I went and did some stuff with my account and I re entered my payment information and it was declined for some odd reason. So I went to see my bank account online and my life lock shut it down because someone was using my card -.- it was my sister. But yeah maybe your debit card is invalid.

Go to the App store in iTunes. Find the page for the app, and click the link for the developers web site. -
