HT4009 In-app Purchase Help

I tried to purchase a replenishable in app purchase, and it's saying "please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction". Do I have to wait a certain amount of time to try to purchase it again, or does it have something to do with my credit/debit card? And does anyone know how I can contact professional support to get this taken care of? Any answers would be much appreciated, and I thank you in advance

  • HT4009 In Apps Purchasing steals my money!!

    Hi Apple,
    I met s very serious problem when I purchased in APPs of CSR Racing game. And this is so rediculous which I even cannot believe that.
    On 11/11/2012 I purchasing the £2.99 gold from the in apps purchasing to get some new cars like the picture shown below. But unfortunatly, about 1 hour later, all the left gold were gone without any noticing, without any reason, without any contact.
    Does this sound right? How could Apple use such bloody greedy and un-trustable developer get onto the itunes store? This will directly affect my trust to the itunes store. This is so rediculous. Moreover, WWDC was using this program to show the iPhone 5. Does it mean currently my purchased iPhone 5 is not trustable as well?
    The developer of CSR Racing is bloody rude!!! disappointed and unpleasant experience of both itunes store and in-apps- purchasing. Maybe no more next time.
    Please carefully check all your developer!!! Using free game to gain in-apps-purchasing money. This is bloody robbing!!!!

    These are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to Apple here - I've asked the hosts to remove your screenshot from your post as it contains your account id.
    If you have a problem with the app and the developer isn't replying (or not in a helpful way) then you could use the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link (iTunes support should reply within, I think, 24 to 48 hours).
    Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

    I have an iTunes gift card balance on my iTunes account.  When I attempt to make an in-app purchase, it does not process at all and instead directs me to view iTunes Store Support to complete this transaction.  Can anybody help with this issue?

    when i try to make an in-app purchase it says please contact itunes support to complete this transaction. I know the card registered is valid with money and all that, and i have made in-app purchases before with no problem. its been doing this for my apps lately and i cant find anything in the app store to help me to solve this problem... any suggestions or answers???

    I tried to make an in-app purchase on my iphone- the error message I get says For Assistance contact iTunes support. Not sure what to do as I was able to make a purchase yesterday, double checked my account information and checked my settings.

    Thanks for your help, I forgot to mention I did that - to no avail. I am new to using an iPhone --so based on this path

    I got an extra 11 dollars I can spare on iTunes. So I went to my favorite app. I've played this app for 3 years so I have made this in app purchase on numerous occasions however this time it lets me put in my password, then brings up a message I need to get apple support? I have more than enough money to make this purchase and my card seems fine. Please help , thanks :)

    I have an iphone 4S and the past 3-4 days I've not been able to buy in app purchases.  I've tried tech support and they were no help at all.  Any suggestions on what may be going on? Please and thanks!

    What is the error you are receiving? If it is just that you can't make purchases you may want to check with iTunes store http://expresslane.apple.com click on itunes - itunes store and you can chat or email with them about your ability to make purchases

    I had the problem where I couldn't install or download anything from the App Store, due to confirming a in app purchase when I had no money in my bank account at the time of purchase. I have resolved this issue and paid the fees for these purchases, but they haven't showed up in the app that I had purchased them on. The app it happened to was The Smurfs Village, and there was 3 purchases. Any help? I'm on the iPad 3rd gen. Thanks, Charlotte

    You may either contact the app's developers or itunes store support:

    The developers may be able to help you get the in-game items back. iTunes store support can't do that but may provide a refund.

    The in app purchases for a game refuses to download so I paid for it and can't get it!!! I either want what I paid for or my money back. Can anyone help by telling me what I have to do to download in-app purchases???

    the download as soon as u buy them.  if they didn't contact the app mfg.  the contact info is avalibe in the app store on each app.  usually its an email or website
