    Hi I have downloaded an app named "Car Logbook" on my iPhone but there was a upgrade in the app of Rs 110/- otherwise I could not use the full app so I upgraded it using my credit card..It says that the in app purchase is done but its not downloaded so press OK to download...I have pressed that hundreds of times but the upgrade is not yet downloaded...I tried on wifi even the app is just of 3.5 mbs but it didn't worked I restarted phone den also it didn't worked even I deleted the app and installed again but den also it didn't worked...can anybody help me on this pls...

    when i try to make an in-app purchase it says please contact itunes support to complete this transaction. I know the card registered is valid with money and all that, and i have made in-app purchases before with no problem. its been doing this for my apps lately and i cant find anything in the app store to help me to solve this problem... any suggestions or answers???

    I tried to make an in-app purchase on my iphone- the error message I get says For Assistance contact iTunes support. Not sure what to do as I was able to make a purchase yesterday, double checked my account information and checked my settings.

    I'm trying to make an in app purchase after entering a credit card and a message pops up "purchase can not be completed". I've never had an an issue with this card. What can I do to fix this?

    You have a Puerto Rico address on your account ? From a quick search I've found one site from somebody in Puerto Rico that includes a screenshot for an app receipt showing tax of 7 cents added to a 99 cent purchase. Are you able to view the purchase history on the account that you've been using, and see what prices show on them (e.g. if the store's listed price or price plus tax) : Store > View Account menu option on a computer's iTunes, then 'see all' link next to the Purchase History section.

    I bought an in app purchase in My singing monsters, but it wont download what i bought. It tells me I have already purchased this item and it hasnt doenloaded yet. Then it says cannot connect to itunes. I dont know what to do.

    What is the full message it's giving you? One thing you can check is if you have restrictions set on your iphone go into Settings > General > Restrictions  and scroll down to "In-app Purchases" and make sure that is turned on.

    I got an extra 11 dollars I can spare on iTunes. So I went to my favorite app. I've played this app for 3 years so I have made this in app purchase on numerous occasions however this time it lets me put in my password, then brings up a message I need to get apple support?
