HT4009 in-app purchase not showing

I've been billed but the in-app purchase (itunes confirmation along with the purchase order id) but its not showing up within the game. I've contacted the game creators (popcap) but is there anything else I can do? (not heard from popcap yet).

    I am playing 'legend of the cryptids' and purchased gems thru the game.  I have yet to receive the gems and every time I load the game it asks me for my password for itunes.  I've gotten billed twice for the gems and I have the receipts for both.  this is where it sends me when I try to 'report a problem'

    I have been having the same problem for two weeks.  LOC credited me for the gems but I have had the error messages ever since the transaction failure.  Everytime I sign in I get the two error messages and it keeps asking me for my apple ID/password same as you.  I have talked to both Apple and LOC a multitude of times trying to get the errors cleared out, to no avail.  I feel your pain.  I am sure we are not the only ones experiencing this problem.  Just dont expect a quick fix.  It maybe awhile before it gets resolved.  Somewhere there is a server sending us the error messages.  Either @ Apple or LOC.  I requested that Apple and LOC support talk, so that they can team up to figure out what is causing this problem for us.  Sorry your going through this, but good to know Im not the only one!

    What is the full message it's giving you? One thing you can check is if you have restrictions set on your iphone go into Settings > General > Restrictions  and scroll down to "In-app Purchases" and make sure that is turned on.

    Hi I have downloaded an app named "Car Logbook" on my iPhone but there was a upgrade in the app of Rs 110/- otherwise I could not use the full app so I upgraded it using my credit card..It says that the in app purchase is done but its not downloaded so press OK to download...I have pressed that hundreds of times but the upgrade is not yet downloaded...I tried on wifi even the app is just of 3.5 mbs but it didn't worked I restarted phone den also it didn't worked even I deleted the app and installed again but den also it didn't worked...can anybody help me on this pls...

  • New In-app purchases not showing up in multi-issue Viewer

    Hi all,
    We created a multi-issue Viewer and got that approved together with the first in-app purchase (folio).
    The app is free and downloadable from tehAppstore and the folio can be purchased from within the app as is to be expected.
    Last week however, we've uploaded three new folio's and the have all been approved by Apple last night but they are nowhere to be seen in the app.
    Is there a known delay between approval and visibility in the app?

    I'm having the same problem. Latest folio, which is 'ready for sale' as an in-app purchase and 'public/retail' in Folio Producer, is not visible on the content viewer. It was only approved by Apple last night - is there a delay?

    I'm having the same problem too. My suspicion is that I may have entered my password wrong the first time I tried and now it won't let me buy or download anything wether its free or not.  So I went and did some stuff with my account and I re entered my payment information and it was declined for some odd reason. So I went to see my bank account online and my life lock shut it down because someone was using my card -.- it was my sister. But yeah maybe your debit card is invalid.

    I am experiencing an issue with an in app purchase.  In a game I have downloaded when I go to purchase game currency I can sometimes do so without an issue but most times after entering my password it tells me that my purchase could not be completed.  The bank account linked to the iTunes store has sufficient funds but for some reason sometimes it will allow the purchase to go through and other times it won't.

    i didn't contact them just looked through the support page. i tried it again the next day and it worked fine. weird....

    I recently download this app called sat plus and decided to upgrade. When I began the upgrade told me to you ID I use to download the game. So I deleted the app and used my 2nd account.     It sounds like you're not seeing your in-app purchase for a particular App.  The following Knowledge Base aritcle offers up some great reccomendations for troubleshooting your issue:
    If you don’t see your in-app purchases - Apple Support
    Restore your in-app purchases
    You might need to restore purchases in these cases:
    You remove and reinstall an app.
    You install a purchased app on another device using the same iTunes Store account.
    Some in-app purchases like game currency or hints are consumable, meaning they run out as you use them. You can only restore non-consumable purchases. Learn about different types of in-app purchases.
    To restore a non-consumable purchase, open the app you made the purchase in and look for an option to restore. You might find it in one of these places:
    Main menu
    Settings or Options
    In-app store
    Not all apps have an option to restore. If you don't see it, follow the steps in the next section to contact the app developer.
    If you try the restore option and nothing happens, or you get an error, follow these steps: 
    Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase. Sign in with a different Apple ID if you need to.
    Check the restrictions on your device to make sure in-app purchases are allowed.
    Check your purchase history in iTunes on your computer to make sure you were charged for the purchase. 
    Restart your device.

    Settings/General/Restrictions - enter the restrictions passcode, and change the setting to allow in-app purchases.

    Yep. I have the same issue on both my iPhone 4 and iPod 4g. It occurred about a month ago (before ios5 or iTunes 10.5).

    I have been charged by Skyjet (Chaos Games) three times for their Gold Pack monies and then not had them creditted to the game itself. I have spent the last two months corresponding with their support bod and got no where. Is it worth persueing them through court? and does Apple get involved?

    What "up with other stuff" was it asking for?

    I have read through topics and there is nothing the same, update recently to ios4 , credited my iTunes account with a voucher , downloaded a album and three songs, none of which are showing on my iPhone in purchased playlist or anywhere on the phone. The money has been debited and I even have confirmation receipts. I rang the iPhone apple support line and after 35 mins on hold was told to email support as they could not help me. I have now sent two emails and was promised a reply within 24 hours, it's now been over 50 hours and I am getting extremely annoyed. I had no problem with os3 as this is how all my music was purchased as I don't use a computer regularly.

    Same issue here! No help from anyone. I even repurchased a song at my expense and after download it just vanishes! Is this an ios4 glitch? I don't see any similar posts either.
