HT4009 Is Tap Tap Tour by Tapolous Inc. a third party app?
I want to download Tap Tap Tour, but I am afraid to get charges for Third
Party App. Can someone tell me if the game is a Third Party App or not. thanks
It is a third-party app yes, it's not made by Apple. It's a free download, so you won't be charged for downloading it - and if you don't want to be able to make any of the in-app purchases that are available in the app (some, or maybe all, are listed on the left-hand side of the app's description page in the store), then you can turn off in-app purchases (which you can only do for all apps, not just for a single app) on your iPhone via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off'

I am trying to download whatsapp on my iphone 4. It asks for my apple id and password and when I sign in , it gets me to a page that says redeem ...when I hit redeem it shows I have a $14 balance in my account and asks for a code - I tried entering the itunes card number...it says it has already been used. Third party hardware for converting Lp's & tapes//converting VHS
Awhile back, I happened to notice a friend using an relatively inexpensive third party hardware/software bundle that was able to convert the audio output from his stereo to his mac for creating MP3s from Lps & cassette tapes. Does anyone know of a inexpensive product that will do this?
On a separate topic, I have a few VHS tapes I would like to convert to mov files. Is there something similar to the above item that will do this for me? I would prefer it have a firewire interface (Why FW vs USB? Because I have too many USB items plugged into my G5 as it is; I have always had spotty luck with third party items that solely use USB, the acception being my Epson products; and I tend to have a personal preference for FW.) and also be inexpensive, since I will be using this on a very occasional basis.Yosarian,
I don't use the ADVC 55 or Datavideo's product so I can't comment on it. But like most things, you get what you pay for and saving a few bucks here or they will cost you in quality or a feature you may need shortly down the road. As for connecting a walkman to the back of your G5, it will sound "good". Meaning that if the same music were played side by side from a CD and cassette, you would hear the difference. However I've done it dozens of times for different types of projects and it's very acceptable. If you play the CD you make from the transferred cassette on a high quality home stereo system, it will sound a bit compressed, but if played in a car, boom box, iPod, etc. you will likely never know the difference. In fact, I have transferred many LP's to CD using Roxio toast, and playing the CD's in the car or home sounds wonderful (except the inherent faint "popping" of LP's). Give it a try, it should work for all but the most demanding of applications. -
i had to restore my iPad mini and when I go to the App Store to reload some of my apps it times out and doesnt reload them. Any suggestions?
Close the App Store app and reset your iPad.
Now close all apps. In order to close apps, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
In order to reset your iPad, hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen after which time you can release the buttons and let the iPad start up.
IF that didn't help, try turning WiFi off on your iPad in the Settings, restart the iPad, then turn Wifi on again. -

You can buy an early model guaranteed MacBook from reputable
repair companies with limited warranty for under $400. and that
includes a bill-of-health with an option to buy a longer warranty
for a little bit more. Or just mail in your computer in a flat-rate
postal carton with padding, to one of the well-reputed repairers
directly. They perform a physical/software hands-on diagnostic
& repair service, tell you before they fix anything what it will cost,
what the price variables are when they do hands-on testing; as
that is a real repair. An example: wegenermedia.com online.

the ones nearest your City & Country in the Locate section.

Based on my research and test in both Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013, it is by default that only the organizer can receive the declined\accepted response from room mailbox. If we do the following steps:
1. User1 created a meeting request in User1’s Calendar, add Test1 and Test2 in To field as attendees, add Room3 as the Resource.
2. Set the start time and end time which would be a conflict time period in Room3 and Test1’s Calendars.
3. Send the meeting out.
During the sending and receiving, there is no conflict notifications before sending out the request. After the request is sending out, a Declined response is received from Room3 because of the conflict.
In your scenario, please confirm you are creating the meeting request in the Organizer’s calendar instead of directly creating it in Room Calendar.

this is a type of in app purchase and everytime i try to buy an item in the store it says 'the purchase cannot be completed'
if i wait like a few days it works again but only for like 2 purchases

IPad users guide states tap "done" when finished editing or typing Notes app - where is Done?
Where is the so called "done" option in the Notes app?
There isn't a Done button, the manual appears to be incorrect. I just tap the button bottom right of the keyboard (the one with the keyboard icon on it) to hide the keyboard when I've finished typing in the note

Double tap to zoom while reading email in mail app not working
Since i have upgraded to ios 5, when i double tap while reading an email it does not zoom. it just selects the word. I use to be able to do it on ios4.*. Is there a setting that i need to enable or itis no longer possible.
I also have iphone 4 with ios5 but doesn't work for me. IT just blinks or selects the word, does not zoom in to the screen. I wonder if there is a setting which I need to enable.

In app purchase for the Simpsons tapped out didn't go through and now app won't open
I bought donuts on the Simpsons tapped out app n it went to iTunes and I did in app purchase, and now my app won't open and it seems like my phone is trying to download it keeps asking me for my apple password when app shuts down, I tries to delete app and reload it, it doesn't help I also retuned phone to default setting still nothing, i can go on my other devices and load app but it doesn't show my purchase, did this happen to anyone else and did u find an answer to fixing this problem????? Please Help!!!!!
I had this same exact thing happen. The problem seemed to occur when I tried to do an in-app purchase and my iTunes Apple ID needed payment verification. Tapped Out triggered the iOS to open the verification part of the App Store. After verification iOS asked if I wanted to proceed with the purchase. I hit "ok". The App Store was trying to handle the in app purchase like it was a regular app purchase. When I went back into Tapped Out, I was met with an error message stating that the purchase has been made, and it was waiting for download. I also couldn't initiate any more in app purchases. When I quit and relaunched Tapped Out, it flashed the loading screen and then quickly crashed. Followed by a prompt for my Apple ID password.
The disconnect here is somewhere in the coding from Tapped Out to the iOS. Tapped Out is asking for authorization on a in app purchase and the iOS is trying to initiate a regular app purchase.
I have tried erasing and reinstalling Tapped Out. I have tried signing out of my iTunes account and launching Tapped Out. I have tried "Resetting All Settings" from the general setting panel in iOS, which usually fixes everything... Nothing is working though.
I was able to download Tapped Out on a different iOS device (all running 7.0.4 btw) and was able to run it, sign in with my Tapped Out login and Apple ID. I was even able to initiate the in app purchase fully. So this tells me that the bug here is buried deep in the preference of iOS 7 on my original device, not the Tapped Out account or my iTunes Apple ID.
The sure fire answer to solve this is to do a clean erase and restore of the device. I really don't want to do that though because it will get rid of my current camera roll and my text history. Plus I'll have to resync all my music and that takes a while. I'm hoping the bug just times out and the app refreshes itself... But I'm doubtful of that. I think we are the unintentional collateral damage from some sloppy coding on EA's part. A clean erase and install might be the only answer. Hopefully it will rectify itself though... -

I purchased an application this weekend and it doesn't do what I was expecting it to do. How do I return and be reimbursed for that application?
As RG said, you probably cannot get a refund, since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. If, however, features and functions were promised in the app and either are not present or do not work and the developer cannot resolve the issue or you are unable to reach the developer, you can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask:
