I purchased 900 donuts in The Simpons Tapped out, and it charged me, yet none of them showed up in game, and subsiquently did not allow me to load the game. Playing War of the Fallen and made 4 seperate in app purchases over a period of 4 days my credit card was charged each time but the purchases have not downloaded. I have reported it to ITUNES with no response!!!! Everytime I try to use the in app link to Zynga Support the website never loads, what should i do?

Try creating an account without a credit card again. Can you create one with that same email address?
If not, try checking your junk mail filters and/or your spam folder for an email from Apple. -

I have followed the instructions on the apple support pages and still cannot get my phone to work. It continues to show the iTunes USB picture and is not recognised on my iTunes on the windows PC. When I connect the phone to my iMac it shows no data and says I can restore to factory setting. However if I do this will all my data be erased? How do I get my phone and data back? I have saved most of the photos that were on the phone but all my contact details and messages are stored and I really need to get them back! Would have limited memory on the phone when trying to update caused this problem?

Yes it would, possibly even brick it.
Have successfully connected my ipod nano with iTunes so looks like the device driver is working.
Can I use my ipod nano USB connector to check?
It is not much help to you, since the device that you need still not recognized.
Anyway looks like I may have to swallow the loss of data. Have set-up a call for tomorrow with Apple support so will wait until after this before doing the factory restore!
