    My problem is:
    When use MIGO to do good receipt for subcontracting Purchase order, for consumption account((Change in Stock (Subcontracting)-41010102&Outside processed fee--41031000) ,why the system don’t recognize the sale order filled as CO account assignment?

    Why are they still listing it on their site as the way to report problems? It just doesnt work....
    25 billion downloads is obviously to much for them to handle.

  • Cannot "Report problem" with recent purchase.

    I am using Windows 7 Pro w/ Internet Explorer 11 and iTunes v11.1.3.8.  Both these are latest versions as far as I know.  Despite this, when I go to report a problem with a recent download, IE shows a message I must be using the latest versions of these two applications in order report the problem. 
    What to do about this?

    If it is an issue with a song not playing correctly, you may be able to re-download it with iTunes in the cloud beta. Log in to your account, click on "Purchased" in the Quicklinks section, and re-download the song.

    When I click on report problem link in purchase history for an app, all it brings up word. Don't have email receipt yet and itunes support is useless. it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

  • Cannot report a problem for purchase in iTunes store

    I purchased a pass for a tv show and the most current episode downloaded has the correct name but is in fact the previous weeks episode (which was already downloaded). When I tried to report the problem in my purchase history it opens a window to the apple support website. I can't see any other way of reporting the problem. Please help!

    Contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find an "Email Us" button) and explain your problem to them.

  • HT4009 request refund for in-app purchase

    Hello,
    I've been going around and around trying to find how to submit a request for refund of an in-app purchase that I never received.
    I click on "report a problem" yet, no options to report a problem are available, just a huge list of FAQs and other articles on policies etc.
    If someone can direct me where or how to actually submit the request, I would be grateful for that.
    But, I'll submit my request here anyhow.
    I was emailed a Receipt for the Purchase by iTunes. Upon seeing the receipt I was surprised, because when I attempted to make the in-app purchase it did not complete, and i did not receive the product I was trying to purchase. Although, I am apparently being charge for it. I pasted a copy of the receipt below.
    So, my request is either a refund or credit toward my next iTunes purchase.

    Do they appear in the iTunes Store > Purchased section? (Use the search tool.) If so delete from iTunes, close iTunes and restart, then download from iTunes Store > Purchased > Not on this computer.
    While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unticked.

    I think that apple app store for iOS must have a report button for reporting the fake/bad app. there are so many fake purchase apps on store now and people waste their money for those fake apps.there is no email or reporting function to let Apple kill those apps.
