HT4009 there was a purchase made on my itune account which i did not authorized..how do i resolve this issue?
there was a purchse made using my itune account for the amount of 99.00 plus tax.. I did not authorize the purchse. it was an in-app purchase.. We do not even the app on our ipad or itouch. i tried to cance the purchase but itune store... just referred me to a website where.. its hard to nevigate the site. I want to cancel the purchase who do i talk too.
Change your password and alert your credit card company - discuss reimbursement with them.

I try to open mozilla this last week and it will not open it for me. It sais it is open already but there is nothing on my computer. I had mcafee check for viruses and said there was none. I tryed uninstalling and reinstalling but it did not help.

There's a couple of ways to get through to the authorisation controls in the 11.0.x versions.
The control is still in the Store menu, but first (if you're using iTunes versions 11.0.x) you might need to bring up the menu bar to see the Store menu.
If you're using 11.0.x, click on the wee boxy icon up in the top-left corner of your iTunes to see the "Show Menu Bar" control, as per the following screenshot:
Then you'll find the control in the Store menu:
Alternatively, if you don't want to bring up the menu bar, it's still possible to get into the authorise controls via nested menus accessible from the wee boxy icon. Here's a screenshot of where to find them: -

I figured out the problem. All music purchases now go to the cloud and must be downloaded to each computer or device. I needed to go to the iTunes Store and look at my recent purchases then click on the cloud to download them.

You've checked the purchase history on your account to see what the 18.87 charges were for (they may have been from a day or 2 before the Dec 7th), and nobody else has acess to your account or devices and may have made them ? Resuming downloads from an iOS device
From the Home screen, tap the iTunes icon.

I understand you are having issues with playback of purchased music. If iTunes in the Cloud is available in your country, it might be best to delete the song(s) from your device, then re-download from your purchase history.

Before you delete, find out if you'll be able to download the song you deleted again (it depends on where you live). To delete a song:
