HT4009 There was an unauthorized in app purchase done on my account and I'd like to know how I can get that refunded.
I noticed on my credit card statement that something had been purchased on my phone through iTunes I however did not purchase the in-app game and I would like to know when I can get that refunded.

I have had to delete my icloud account and open up another because it would not verify. In the meantime I have lost my storage which was attached to the previous email account. I would like to know how I can transfer it across to my existing account?
Thanks randers4. Reading through other discussion points, other people have similar problems. I thought and still do, that the easiest option was to delete and open up another. That worked fine except I remembered that I had some storage attached to that icloud address. I live in New Zealand.

You cannot delete that icon. More than likely it's just been moved to another page. You can use Spotlight to search for it if necessary.

If you bought the new phone from an authorized dealer you should be able to turn it on and see the setup assistant that guides you through the process of setup and activation. What happens when you turn the phone on?

I have Fujitsu scanner Gi-5110c that came with acrobat 7 standard. I just purchased new desktop computer but I can't find my acrobat 7 standard driver cd. I like to know how I can download the driver to my computer.
Because it was valuable software it was never downloadable; also it was a special "OEM" version that could I think only be installed from that CD.
Acrobat 7 doesn't work properly on Windows 7 and later anyway. -

10.9 is free, so you could upgrade to that if you wished
if that's not an option for software compatibility reasons, you'd either need to re-install it from the original disks (that came with the computer, or a seperate iLife disc), a backup, or purchase a boxed version from someplace like eBay or Amazon (Amazon has iLife '11 for $39)
