HT4009 Trying to make an in app purchase.
I was able to make an in app purchase. When I tried to purchase the same item again, I got the message" Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed".
I went to ITunes support as the message suggested but I don't find the answer to my problem.
Help please.
^He is correct, all i can tell you is just make sure your itunes balance isn't in the red, because that will halt further purchases until the balance is brought to at least $0.00, also, just double check and make sure your bulling information is current, if none of those apply then yes, contact iTunes support via Support for iTunes

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

From a quick search I've found one site from somebody in Puerto Rico that includes a screenshot for an app receipt showing tax of 7 cents added to a 99 cent purchase. Are you able to view the purchase history on the account that you've been using, and see what prices show on them (e.g. if the store's listed price or price plus tax) : Store > View Account menu option on a computer's iTunes, then 'see all' link next to the Purchase History section.

I just redeemed 100.00 on itunes and am trying to make an in-app purchase on a game and it let me make one purchase, when i went to make a second purchase a message popped up telling me to contact itunes support, not sure why??

Just make sure if it wifi is connected. if this doesn't work reboot your iPhone. If it's still doesn't work contact the game service center or something. lastly, make sure u have your credit card sign in. hope this help.
