HT4009 What is the problem if there is an error in initiating purchse with iTunes?
Initializing purchse with iTunes is a frequent dialogue box coming out whenever I make purchase of items/characters or gems from the Skylnders Lost Islands game.
What does the message say ?

I have lost my i tunes library. Many of my lost songs are on my two nano i pods.
Since I have lost my i tunes library I have re-installed most songs. However I have a large number of songs on my i pods which I would like to retrieve. If I try to load my i pods to my computer will I lose the songs which I could not get re-installed to my library but are on the i pods. Since I lost my library I have not re-introduced my i pods for updating since they too will likely have to be re-installed. Will I lose the songs already in the i pods if have to re-introduce them to my computer. A solution to this problem would be for me to transfer my lost library songs from the i pod to my library. 1) Is it possible to retrieve songs from a lost i tunes library? Withoutout re-loading the entire library (since I have done this manually).
2) What happens if I re-introduce my i pods to the computer? Will this cause me to lose the present i pod installed music?

As you will have discovered, the music sync is only one way, from iTunes to the iPod, minus iTunes purchases. On top of that, an iPod is designed to sync with only one iTunes library at a time.

There are 9 different versions of iPhoto and they run on 9 different versions of the Operating System. The tricks and tips for dealing with issues vary depending on the version of iPhoto and the version of the OS. So to get help you need to give as much information as you can. Include things like:

I have uninstalled Photoshop CC (2014) and have reinstalled. Nothing.

Microsoft Office 2011 no longer opens because "there is a problem" after updating mountain lion when the app store said there was an update available this morning. Reinstalling did not work. What's the problem?

Have a similar problem. This MacBook opened all MS Office programs in Dec2012 but no longer does in Feb2013. Went to Microsoft/mac/downloads but none of the three updates would run citing a problem "version of software needed to run this update was not found on this volume".

The WiFi button is gray and will not turn on WiFi. When I push the Bluetooth on button, all I get is the spinning gear. It does not go on. What is the problem? Is there a fix?
After trying resets and a full restore, I went to Apple Store. Genius kept me waiting 1/2 hour beyond app'tment time, then had to go through all sorts of tests before concluding the problem was what you said. They replaced the phone. Thanks.

Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

Over the last two days, I have had to unlock my apple account 8 times. I didn't get any new devices. I haven't initiated a password reset. I didn't forget my password. I set up two factor authentication and have been able to do the unlocking with the key and using a code sent to one of my devices.
That all works.
It's this having to unlock my account every time I go to use any of my devices. And I have many: iMac, iPad, iPad2, iPad mini, iPhone 5s, iPod touch (daughter), and my old iPhone 4 being used as an ipod touch now. They are all synced, and all was working just fine.
I have initiated an incident with Apple (again) but I know they are just going to suggest I change my Apple ID. It's a simple one, and one that I am sure others think is theirs. I don't want to change it. I shouldn't have to. Apple should be able to tell me who is trying to use it, or at least from where.

My iphone is neither shown in itunes nor in redsnow .. what is the problem ? It has the black screen and the sound plays when it is plugged into the computer .. What is the problem with IPhoto ´11 when I am uploading a photobook to apple store, there is always an error. Anyone ???
evrything is right wite my appleID.First try to create a pdf file of the book as described in this Apple document: iPhoto '11: Preview a book, card, or calendar before you order or print it.
If you are unsuccessful in creating the pdf file then boot into Mac OS X: Starting up in Safe Mode and try again. If that works you can continue and order the book while in Safe Mode.
Be sure to keep the pdf file of the book to compare with the printed copy when it arrives.

I just bought an iPhone 5s running iOS 7 and updated it to the recent version 7.0.5 and there is no call decline button. Sometimes it shows it sometimes is it does not... What's the problem...
With iOS 7, the "call Decline" button is only available when the phone is awake. To decline a call when the phone is asleep, simply tap the On/Off button.
