I am half way through a book and cannot turn the page - "failed to load book because the requested resource is missing" comes up. Help!! Very frustrated!

Delete it then re-download it from iCloud?

Can not load help information, so I can not save my work?

I have been working on this vi for about an hour.

That error is usually indicative that the VI is unfortunately corrupt. I'm sorry that you had to spend some time rewriting your code. I wanted to provide some information that I found in case you ran into anything like this again in the future.
If "Select All" then copying to a VI does not work, that is usually a good sign that the VI is corrupt. At that point, there is not much you can do except possibly look at the recovery VIs that LabVIEW saves. If the VI is there, you can try moving it out of the recovery directory and opening it. The location for the autosave directory varies depending on how your system is set up, but it is typically located in your Documents folder > LabVIEW Data > LVAutoSave. ERROR: PROP RES DLL NOT LOADED, help

hi i get this message when i try to open an image in photoshop.. it says error: prop res dll not loaded
does anyone have any idea what this means and how i can dodge it?

well when i open photoshop and try to open an image thats what it does.. it gives me that exact error.. i try and close the box and basically photoshop freezes and i have to start task manager to end it..
i searched dll on google and all i found was people with the same problems.. only there's were in microsoft office..
it's a free copy someone gave me so i'm thinking maybe it has something to do with copyright crap? she also gave me dreamweaver and i have no problems with that so i'm not really inclined to think that is the problem..

IBook not loading Hard DIsk

I have an upgraded G4 ibook with a new installation of Mac OSX Tiger. Just the other day it stopped loading the hard disk. I have tried several times to get the laptop to boot. It begins the loading phase and never quite gets all the way there. It shows no sign of the motherboard not responding since the CD drive recognizes and the hard drive begins to spin. Cant quite figure it out. Please help if any of you have been here and know what it might be. Hit me back at [email protected] with any information on this subject. Any information would be helpful at this point. I would expect this from windows, but not a mac.

Pages not Loading-HELP! Going crazy here!

I cannot figure this out to save my life. I cannot create a link that works from one page to the next. I mean the link works but you don't see anything. The page comes up black. On the Highlight page you can hear the film playing in the back but can't see anything.
I tried changing the Photoshop made pages from PNG files to Jpeg Files. Didn't work. I tried re-publishing everything. Didn't work. I tried re-creating the entire site. Didn't work. I tried saving the PNG files interlaced then not. Didn't work. I can't figure this out and it is starting to bug me. I want to get this new site up and going. Take a look at it and help if you can. Safari Not Loading (HELP!)

I know this seems to be a common topic here, but I wanted to get my question in here as well! I have followed all of the suggestions that I have seen on this board and none of them have worked. I re-installed Safari using the custom install method, downloaded the 10.5.4 combo update, repaired disk permissions and re-ran the 10.5.4 update and restarted. When I go to open Safari, the icon just keeps bouncing and I get that lovely wheel of color just going forever and the menu bar does not change to the one for Safari, it keeps the menu bar in the finder and then I have to force quit.
If anyone has any other suggestions or is still having more problem after following the different suggestions on this board, any help would be greatly appreciated! I miss using Safari, I actually had to remember some of my logins for websites today and that was not fun!

If you've tried every other suggestion that was made for others with similar problems and it didn't work, then I'd say your only choice left is an Archive and Install, choosing the option to Preserve Users and Network Settings.
This will install a fresh copy of 10.5.x on your Mac, move the old one to a folder named Previous System 1 and keep all your applications and preferences intact. You will have to use Software Update to get back to 10.5.4 and Safari 3.1.2, but that should be easy since it's all handled for you.

Camera will not load HELP!!!

My iphone camera will not work please help me as i wont be able to take it into apple any time soon so im in need of help asap

Standard troubleshooting...
1. Try a Restart by pressing the sleep/lock button until you see the slider. Slide to power off. Restart by pressing the sleep/lock button until you see the Apple logo.
2. Try a Reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
3. Remove apps from Recently Used (multi-tasking) list...
- From any Home Screen, double tap the home button to bring up the Recents List
- Swipe up on the app preview card to remove it from the list
- Press the home button when done.
4. If still a problem restore with your backup.
5. If still a problem restore as new, i.e. without your backup. See how it runs with nothing synced to it.
6. If still a problem, it's likely a hardware issue.

Mostly, but safari is able to display the toolbar but gives javascript errors everywhere.
PS. The component loads and works fine for one of the domains.

Shopping cart does not load - help!

i had several items in my shopping cart and after upgrading to a new laptop, i cannot access the cart at all! itunes tries to load and comes up blank. any thoughts?

Secure website not loading, help?

On Safari, I have tried to get on many secure websites but none of them work ect. facebook, google login, twitter. Someone told me there is a part of the system missing or removed... there was a bit of software to put it back but it was for windows and I have a apple. Does anyone have similar sofware for a mac or a different solution? Thanks in advance.

What exactly happens when you try to load these sites? All secure sites, or only some? Every time, or only sometimes?

Itunes will not load - help please!

I've seen a lot of helpful responses on this forum so I'm trying my luck!
Yesterday my itunes worked fine, today I try to open it and I get the little egg timer symbol next the the mouse (I run XP) and the computer sounds like it's doing stuff but Itunes never appears.
I can see itunes.exe and itunes helper in the processes when ctrl-alt-del.
So far I have tried reinstalling itunes, deleting and reinstalling quicktime, deleting some file or other as directed by the online help and also scanning using ewido but none of this has helped.
Any ideas??

hmmmm. okay, if your itunes.exe is running continually in Task Manager, that suggests that you don't have the Qoologic problem that Ewido fixes. (with that one, the itunes.exe typically just shows up for a few seconds, if at all ... although in some cases of multiple malware infections, it hangs around for 10 to 30 seconds.)
so let's check on the usual suspects when itunes.exe persists in Task Manager.
if you've got Norton Internet Security 2005, try the trusty Lorraine M technique:

... but if you don't have NIS 2005, or it doesn't seem to work for you, let's also check up on this possibility:

ThinkPad T410i Windows 7 not loading - help!

I have had the machine with pre loaded windows 7 since 2010. Today I tried to recover the factory settings as it had become real slow to boot etc. Neither the thinkVantage button nor F11 while booting took me to the desired place though. Instead, the screen "Windows error recovery" came up. Now every time I click "Start windows normally" windows fail to load, I see briefly a blue screen, then back to the initial welcome screen, to the "Windows error recovery" screen and so on, vicious circle.
Any ideas please? I don't have a recovery cd.

when you hit the "ThinkVantage" button does it display the menu to choose from BIOS, Boot device, and esc?
And do you have access to another computer and a flash drive?

HELP! Images not loading and Firefox taskbar icon is a white file.

I went through all the suggestions in the image not loading help page and same with the add ins and nothing helping. The images load fine on Google Chrome so I know it's not the site. It might just be Adobe Flash images, but that's as far as I know how to pinpoint.
As far as the task bar goes, it's just a while file icon instead of the Firefox one. It doesn't bother me, but I just thought it might be related.

What do you see if you right-click the area where such a missing image should be?
Is that a context menu for images with "View Image Info"?
Are there any icons on the location bar that plugins are used or mixed content is blocked?
If images are missing then check that you do not block images from some domains.
*Press the F10 key or tap the Alt key to bring up the hidden Menu bar.
Check the permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"
Check "Tools > Page Info > Media" for blocked images
*Select the first image link and use the cursor Down key to scroll through the list.
*If an image in the list is grayed and "Block Images from..." has a checkmark then remove this checkmark to unblock images from this domain.
Make sure that you do not block (third-party) images, the permissions.default.image pref on the about:config page should be 1.
Make sure that you haven't enabled a High Contrast theme in the Windows/Mac Accessibility settings.
Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own colors.
*Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Colors : [X] "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above"
Note that these settings affect background images.

Flash player 11 is not loading movie

site movie is not loading , help please

This is now happening with 11.8.800.94 with browsers and Weather Channel Desktop app. White, black or blank screen on many web pages -- but not all. YouTube seems unaffected. When right click on a blank/black/white screen, grayed out message "Movie not loading" appears.
Uninstalled Flash Player using adobe uninstaller, then installed older verisons dating back to 11.2.x. NO CHANGE.
Obviously I have no idea what is going on, or what to do next.
