    No, there is no refund except within the first 14 days after purchase.  At this point it will be repaired if possible or you will receive an exchange for a working product.  However, there may be a charge associated with an exchange.  But this would be explained to you when you take it in to the Apple store.

    I'm in an area where I can only use dial up.Right now, I use Firefox version 3.6 and have no problems with SlipStream. SlipStream is an accelerator for dial up.I want to update to 8.0.1,but it doesn't appear to be compatible with SlipStream. My local tech support (Pennswoods) doesn't think it's compatible. The existing plugin doesn't work. Any ideas what I can use? Thank you for any info. (I'm not real great with computers)

    Sorry, you are stuck with whatever version of Slipstream that your ISP has available. They should know which versions of Firefox are supported by their accelerator plugin, because your ISP is more than likely paying Slipstream for every update that is necessary. <br />
    Have you asked your ISP which versions of Firefox are supported by their accelerator plugin?
    Beyond that, the only thing that I can suggest is to see if the [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/add-on-compatibility-reporter/ Addon Compatibility Reporter] extension forces that accelerator plugin work in Firefox 8, with the compatibility override. But, if that plugin hasn't been updated for a Firefox 4+ version at all, I doubt if it will work even with the ACR addon.

    Some apps do indeed come off the market.  The vendor stops selling or supporting them for whatever reason.
    That is likely what happened.
    See if the app is still in the App Store.  If so, you can download it.  If not, it is gone.

    MY iphone never hanged before updating to iOS 8. While using camera i cant switch to different modes i.e. From photo to video or panaroma mode. Also from control centre the torch light option cant be used. Safari became too slow to access. Had issues with others apps like whatsapp, fb messenger.

    Downgrading is not supported.
    Did you try restarting since the update.
    For any third party apps you have issues with, wait to see if they release an iOS 8 compatibility update.

    My ten year old daughter has been asking friends and family to buy her I-tunes gift cards so she can save up and purchase a Nano.  Well last night she received another card allowing her to have enough credit to purchase the nano. I scratched off the offer code on the back of the cards and tried to enter the codes in the apple store check out to purchase the Nano with the cards but received a error message stating you can not redeem itunes cards to purchase a apple store product.   My question is can we get a refund on these cards or atleast exchange them for store credit so we can purchase the nano.  Right now we have no other apple devices and do not have a need for the cards since we do not have a apple product to use them with?   Who knew that there was a difference between i-store and itunes store gift cards.   Help what do I tell my little girl who was so excited to have saved her money (Gift cards) patiently until she had enough.   Is there anything that can be done?
