HT4061 I have been trying to understand the new itunes, as I want to get into my music library, and getting very frustrated not being able to figure it out. Can you help by walking me through it?
Recently you changed the itunes and I am unable to download additional music from my computer to iphone. How do I do this, as I want to update my music, etc.?
Open iTunes, click on view, click on show side bar to get the classic style of iTunes.

That would be my first guess. You might be trying to install the 32 bit version of the program.
Update the thread with more info on your apple software etc if its a 64 bit install you're trying to perform. -
i have been trying to download the newest itunes to my windows 7 computer wit the last 2 wks now... im at the stage where iv tried everting from uninstalling itunes to installing it again... can someone please help before i throw the computer out the window!
Here is what worked for me:
My usb hub, being usb2, was too fast. I moved the wire to a usb port directory on my pc. That is a usb1 port which is slow enough to run your snyc. -

No app on the iOS device is required.
- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod/iPhone/iPad on the iOS device in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected or cellular data is on and connected for, on a computer browser go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up or continue to show off-line.
- You can also wipe/erase the iOS device and have the device play a sound via iCloud.

- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.

How can I get my my apple services up and running again. Why all my other devices are not being able to use iMessage and Facetime where I just erased one of the apple device associated with my apple id. it has already been 24 hours since y services are down.
The best thing to do is to just create another Apple Id!

The question is below..
I am syncing my iphone to my iTunes account and then I do a backup and also making sure all updates are current. Then by going to the my phone and then going to the right and selecting the restore my iphone.

I have just created a new playlist, at the same time I have updated the ITunes software and that of my ITouch. My problem is that today I have been trying to edit the playlist and the edit playlist is greyed out please help.
I have been in preferences and checked manually edit etc and still no joy. I must be missing something.

Apple IDs cannot be merged. You should use your preferred Apple ID from now on, but you can still access your purchased items such as music, movies, or software using your other Apple IDs. -

Getting support through this site is terrible. Having said that I have been trying to access the store in order to order PS CC and I have been unable to connect. When I opened MyCamera, it tells me that it won't work on my model. Does anyone know how to change the startup image? In the menu it gives me the choice to either have it on or off. Thanks so much!
Looks like Canon has changed what they ship with the newer cameras. My SX50 came with a disc & no paper manual. Because of that I searched the Canon site (USA site) & found the program set you need to download (according to what it says). Now there are different versions based on your operating system so for my search I've chosen Win 8.0 & the program file recommended is

I have a new hp tower running windows 8.1 and have been trying to install the adobe reader. The installer downloads (1meg) and I choose to run it but it just sits with an empty screen. I've checked task manager and it takes up memory but does nothing. After letting it run for 3-4 minutes I kill the task. What can I do to get the reader installed on this machine? I've tried using chrome, firefox and explorer and get the same results with each.

I have been trying to download the movie Prometheus onto my Ipad. It sticks at 793mb and hasn't moved for hours. I have 48gb of space on my i-pad and have hard resetted and turned off and switched back on, always reconnecting with wi-fi immediately. It doesn't resume?

Any ideas??Well I have an update. I decided to stay as I was so far down the road. They gave me an engineer appointment of 14 of August which was totally disgusting.
I rang up to complain and was promised a call back as they tried to expediate my request. Never happened.
Whilst on these calls I also questioned the validity of sending another engineer unless they first checked that my local cabinet hard an available fibre port. I was promised and promised that they would put the notes on the call and it would not be a wasted engineer visit.
Engineer came today. Wasted visit - no ports on the cabinet.
He was not even sure why he was sent there knowing there were no ports. Talk about the blind leading the blind.
The incompetency of this corporation is absolutely astounding even when their customers are telling them they are going to fail they lie to your face just to appease you on the phone and move you on.
So I ordered my switch from sky to BT on June 6th.. and so far all I have is a phone line.
On top of this I noticed that they have charged me a late payment fee by DD and full line rental for first month. BT were so slow at installing it all that my up front line rental apparently did not cover their initialy switch over. Despite telling me I would not be charged I have been charged.
Now as a web designer I am now tempted to create basic website and use my SEO skills to push it to top of google rankings sharing with everyone of my experience of BT. -
