I cannot get on my phone iphone 4 says disabled, i think someone has changed my pass code i cant get access to computer or icloud to reset it anybody got any idea how i can get back onto my phone.

The only way someone could have changed it is if they knew your passcode to begin with, or guessed it.
Without a computer, or access to iCloud, there's nothing you can do to remove the passcode. You need a computer to force the phone into recovery mode & restore it, or access to iCloud.com to erase it.

Thanks sberman ... unfortunately that option is & has been unticked. It has happened to me two or three times but my memory ain't what it used to be so I can't recall the exact circumstances. It went away by itself this morning after an overnight shutdown so I don't think it can be a "preferences" item. Only thing I had to do this morning was to change trackpad batteries. Maybe low batt power was the cause? Interestingly before I posted the query here, I was searching all over the net for a similar problem and could not find even one related post or comment anywhere. And this post has 53 views with only your reply so maybe it is a spurious / unique problem? I'll leave the post for now as the problem seemed to have fixed itself and if it happens again, I will re-try everything first, including checking batteries. Somehow I thought mnaybe I had hit a keyboard shortcut in error but I can't find any reference at all to this kind of behaviour. Wierd!! But thanks very much for your reply!!

The cursor in the main part of Firefox has changed to a dot with a circle around it. This only occurs in Firefox and only in the page display area. I still have the arrow in the tool bar and tabs area. When moving the cursor around in the display area the dot/circle is accompanied by a blinking arrow.

It's the quicktime plug-in causing the problem. If you disable it, your cursor will return to normal. Happened to me, and fixed it by doing that.

What exactly are you referring to? Are the menus or templates for Pages in a different language? Does something strange appear on the screen when you type?
Could you perhaps use the Camera icon here to post a screenshot of what you are seeing?
To make sure you have the right keyboard, go to system preferences/language & text/input sources and make sure that only the box for US or British is checked (and that the box for French or German or anything else is not checked).

This is whle my phone is locked both on the slide up toolbar/menu interface and on the normal screen before i slide to unlock.

I skimmed through this very long post but from what I read, this sounds much more like a coverage issue with your network than a device issue. I have not seen or heard of this issue before and I do not have this issue personnally and & I use the music app quite frequently while working in the yard.
The DND feature should not be a factor at all if you're sure it's turned off. I always recommend restarting your phone by holding down the home button + the lock button for 10-12 seconds until the Apple logo appears. Once the phone reboots, do a test to see if this has helped to resolve the issue.
If not, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then, test it out again. Post back if neither of these solutions solve your issue.

Your friend will have to create his iCloud account on a different iOS device. His device has already created the maximum number of iCloud accounts and cannot create another one.

Which operating system are you using?
Have you tried Help>Updates from within photoshop cs6 to get either camera raw 8.3 or 8.7.1, which should enable photoshop cs6 to open the canon 5D Mark III files.
(version of camera raw depends on your operating system)
